What are the best aspects of this product?
Connectwise boasts of multiple functions that are extremely useful to the current needs of IT businesses, from running scripts to automation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface gives the vibe that it is outdated but that's of course not a major issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ConnectWise is the best RRM tool for me. At its price point, it's impressive how much it can offer.

With ConnectWise, we were able to proactively detect issues. Early detection helped us act on them before they can cause problems.

What are the best aspects of this product?
ConnectWise brings order in the work process as it segregates computers into groups. Another great thing about it is you can view all the computers without having to engage with your client's. This saves team members with an integrated search approach, in turn, enhancing the team's productivity as they can work on other tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some users cannot use the agent as they would encounter bugs once they attempt installing it. In addition, it has shut down on us twice this year, with each running for a couple of days.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ConnectWise has become a fundamental tool for us to efficiently perform our everyday tasks. We are very satisfied with its ability to run scripts, share screens, patch and automate things. So we hope that the down times can be resolved soon.

What are the best aspects of this product?
For a software with robust features, installing it and customizing it to recognize our in-house structure was surprisingly a walk in the park. Its best features are automation, integration and patching.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although the patching is impressively easy to do, a downside is the limited apps you can patch.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are very satisfied with how ConnectWise never fails to update our clients real-time on patches.

What are the best aspects of this product?
ConnectWise exceeds expectations. The remote management is a highly efficient way to manage and track progress. However, I think ConnectWise's greatest strength is its integration capability through which we can gather a myriad of companies of different kinds.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It regularly presents system updates. The problem is we were not given the time to be familiar with the features to be introduced.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The management system is a helpful feature with its integration and automation of what used to be manual tasks. We can manage and connect with our clients remotely.
