The ability to create and sell digital products. This feature has created a way for my business to earn additional revenue. They've also made it easy to create upsell sells.

The number of templates. Although they have quite a few, it would be great to have hundreds of templates to choose from .

I can create a lead magnet in a matter of minutes. It's also easy to create sequence emails and automation. The most important benefit for my business is the tagging that allows me to segment my customers based on what they like.

Convertkit is so easy to use. Their support is wonderful and helps me fix any issues quickly and simply. I get great deliverability. It is easy to set up complicated funnels too and their tutorials are simple to apply.

The website can be glitchy at times. So sometimes just my weekly email takes me a while to write because the website isn't allowing me to scroll down or click a button or something.

Delivering content to my followers. Delivering freebies to interested followers. Weekly emails. Keeping track of my audience. I've also been able to host events through Convertkit which is wonderful.

Tailored very much for creative types. They speak the language that people like me understand (photographer turned coach). The automation interface is so much better than the other product I've been using for the past few years (and reviewed). Their support staff is very prompt and helpful (and kind!). It feels like they try really hard to look after their customers. As soon as I joined (paid for one of the plans), I felt heard and looked after.

There are some features that I requested when they asked me about what could be improved. The email template system could be improved by allowing the template selection for automation for example. Also, what's not there (compared to other EDMs) is the ability to add smart fields against a subscriber (e.g. time/date fields for appointments etc). I got around the problem by using Zapier so it's not a deal-breaker right now.

There are dozens of email marketing programs out there. It's hard to decide which ones. For any solopreneur or a medium-size business (not yet ready to use Keap), ConvertKit is a great option in terms of cost/benefit. I didn't need all the features from Active Campaign (which was costing me in excess of $100 a month. For half the price, Convertkit gives me a better support for the features I need. It's easier to use as well.

I use ConvertKit to send a weekly newsletter out to my list and I use it for lead generation (automated email sequence). Their email sequence builder is so easy to use. The automation interface is brilliant as well. Migrating from one email system to another can be super painful but Convertkit's interface made it possible to move complex automation in a day which was quite surprising.

I can do a lot with this single tool because its capabilities are excellent. We can create landing pages and also do email marketing with this software, which is quite beneficial in reaching out to our clients and audience. Their free version is likewise excellent; they have included useful features.

As a beginner, I am using their free version and really liked its features but when it comes to email, you have to do the emails manually they do not provide automation in the free version.

They provide excellent services; I can create a number of landing pages for my material and also send emails from one tool, eliminating the need to switch between programs.

Convertkit's simplicity in managing contacts is what makes them stand out among other CRM. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it doesn't offer a lot of features. With Convertkit, you can manage all your subscribers as one list and group them with tags.

I don't like the opt-in forms of Convertkit. It needs to be updated. When creating a form, there are times when it's quite hard to know because the instant preview doesn't show exactly what the form looks like. Also, the alignment is not as intuitive as other opt-in form in leadpages or mailchimp.

I've always wanted to merge all my contacts in one and easily group them by editing in bulk. Convertkit provided that solution to my problem. I was able to group them using tags.

I also like that I can create an automation funnel and see in bird's eye view the funnel templates.
