What do you like best?
It allows me to have access in one place to all the information necessary to keep a good control of sales and digital marketing of my company, not to mention that its interface has a fairly simple design to use at all times, as well as the way in which generates the reports I love it, it seems to me that it has quite robust and interesting information to carry out my studies or analysis about the effectiveness of the actions taken in the company, in such a way that if some type of correction needs to be made, these can be done immediately and without any inconvenience, having all the sales information already automated and registered in the system allows me to locate my clients in a much more immediate way in case I need to contact them , or if I want to carry out personalized marketing actions, it is also a great tool since I already have the customer information loaded, which gives me the option to select ment according to age, sex or interests (depending on the purchases made) and thus carry out assertive campaigns according to the target audience, it also allows me to hold virtual meetings through this tool, something very useful to communicate with my coworkers
What do you dislike?
You need a very good internet connection to guarantee a good functioning of the meetings that are carried out in this way, otherwise there is the possibility that the conversations are paused due to the bad connection.

I decided to use it mainly to maintain a better sales order, without knowing that it was going to positively impact me in so many other things such as marketing processes, strategy planning, customer management, control of best-selling products that nowadays do not I absolutely cannot imagine how my company would be if the decision to acquire this product was not made, in short, it has been very useful for me to improve all the processes of my company and raise them as high as possible.

The system lags occasionally, and sometimes the customer on the line cannot hear me and says its really choppy.

What do you like best?
I have been using convoso for three years for work and it’s a very easy system to navigate. I like the fact that I can easily search for leads and see my call times.
What do you dislike?
The system will freeze when I switch dispositions sometimes but I don’t know if that’s my internet or Convoso itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please choose Convoso over YTel. It’s much easier to work with and the support is a lot easier to reach out too and troubleshooting is easier

I have realized there are many more features that I have seen as of recently with the callback options and different pause codes.

What do you like best?
Multiple dials at the same time. The setup is as good as it gets for outbound/inbound dialing.
What do you dislike?
The setup can be a little confusing to get used to. Once your affluent with it, it's great!

Much more of an outreach with using this. The work flow and outreach has close to double.
