Extremely disappointed in what was…
Extremely disappointed in what was received..Ordered the 12 piece cocktail shaker set and pieces were missing, the case was damaged and old with noticeable tape marks and sticky residue on the case, bubbling of case, scratches on the case,looks more pvc then leather, tarnished metal, dented foorings, the case itself was that old the the glue holding together the partitions came apart, the straps holding the glasses in place were also deteriorated, metal opener was tarnished and the bag it was in was very old.Nothing about this gift set was impressive. I was so embarrassed when the recipient opened it up.Haven't checked the glasses yet or the flask and shaker. Missing two other items.Waiting for a reply via email.Photos supplied.

What are the best aspects of this product?
ProsperWorks is intuitive, flexible and simple tool with great options for customization. You don’t have to spend lot of time in learning the program. I really like the integration with Google Apps. The API is strong and it can be used by everyone. The pipeline tools are intuitive and flexible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would say that I’d like to see some new features, but the truth is that the team behind this system constantly release new and new features and options.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This CRM helps us to manage leads and it provides us with information about new opportunities by using its custom fields features.

This is one of the best CRM system because works great with Gmail and Google apps
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Prosper Works provides greatn integration with Google Apps and we are able to use all options with my Gmail account. Whenever I have conversation with a client through email I can click on its name and add the person as lead. I really like that I can do my work directly from Gmail and add new tasks on Google Calendar.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks integration with Quickbooks.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can do all the work through Gmail account and this means that we can easily complete tasks from one account.
