"Hasn't been user friendly to start off"
What do you like best?
The ease of attaching receipts to expense is great. Also itemizing expenses is simplified. I can also be set as a delegate for my managers to help them with their reports.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot more steps to take to create a report. All expense post as individual reports and sometimes you can have up to 50-100 different reports which causes a headache with approving them.

I recommend doing a lot of training on ut with your team before implementing.

What do you like best?
I enjoy that the system is more intuitive and easier to use than older systems. I like that it feels fresh and is easy to navigate and even has a mobile presence.
What do you dislike?
To date honestly I have only seen good things. I assume challenges will exist but to date I have not run into any.

The website version is simple to use and the wallet feature is particularly helpful when loading receipts.
Super easy to integrate mileage or related info. Auto filling using receipt drag and drop from the wallet is also brilliant.

The android app is error-prone and slow to load

Love how simple and thorough this system is! Love how you can drag and drop receipts easily
What do you dislike?
When you save an expense report on somebody else’s (when you’re a delegate) it’ll claim it as yours when you return to it. It then requires you to start over as it doesn’t not allow you to switch that report to somebody else.
