Unfortunately for a company so closely…
Unfortunately for a company so closely associated with Bullhorn, they simply fail to deliver. The product is clunky and often doesn't pull through the data accurately. On top of this, their customer service is about as poor as it gets and when you come to the end of your contract there is no real desire to keep you as a client. A real shame as it could be so good but my advice is stay away as there are far better alternatives out there! The issue with SaaS companies is everyone thinks because it is technology, that good old fasioned customer service can go out of the window!

What do you like best?
What I like best about Cube19 is that not only do you have real time analytics at your finger tips but you can also pull in depth actionable insights that can drive strategy and help with decision making.
What do you dislike?
No downsides from my point of view, of course it takes time to learn how to get the most of of the platform but that's to be expected. If you don't have the time to invest the main OneView page can still provide you with great data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The benefits we have taken from Cube19 include informed decision making throughout a difficult time, management can dig deep into the data and drive strategy and consultants get real time gamification and metrics which drive engagement. Since the quality of data you get out is dependant on the quality you put in, it has also driven adoption with our CRM which we previously struggled with.

The different slice and dice options - you can look at levels, teams, customers and clients, and play around with the combinations

You have to be an admin to download reports

Problems: management and visibility into targets - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Benefits: transparency of performance, accountability and real time management of targets.

What do you like best?
In an era of complex sites, Cube19 has the "gift" to be one very clear and easy to use. It can be multi functional so everyone, working in different business sectors, can benefit from its use. Cube19 is the first Internet page I open on my arrival in the morning and the last one I close in the evening, before leaving the office: enough said!
What do you dislike?
To date I don't have any elements to say that I do not like something.

It keeps me updated on my activity & consequently on my targets. And even more important it keeps me very motivated which is a great bonus!

What do you like best?
The ability to quickly and in real-time review details metrics and numbers on how your team is performing both on an individual and group level. We can make fact-based decisions now that we can dive deep into the numbers and not make decisions based on feelings.
What do you dislike?
Hard to attribute placements to both a recruiter and account manager, more to do with our particular business set up than a Cube19 problem but having multiple ways to count placements would be a nice feature upgrade.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Wasting time on clients who aren't efficient. We can now run daily standups with real-time data, keep track of contractors that are ending and be proactive in setting up a competitive sales environment that keeps the floor motivated to perform.
