What do you like best?

I like to connect with different tools that one needs when working. It is attractive and easy to enter to keep the complete information on one page. It is very good and intuitive and innovative and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

The only drawback is that it can sometimes cause confusion, especially its interface, which is good, but not as modern as it should be.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Cyfe is a good analysis and reporting tool. It has an excellent board with many small pieces and is economical. This tool has style.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cyfe is a good system that can keep all the data in order. It helped us become a team and easily demonstrated what we were doing for our customers. It feels good to have a good understanding of customer interactions. I would say that Cyfe is good and worth every penny. It also provides a service that can automatically extract data from various online services (such as social networking platforms, project management programs, and advertising platforms) and can easily create custom panels.

"Finally De-Cyfered the Best Dashboard Solution"

What do you like best?

Cyfe is easily the most attractive and easy to use dashboard solution that I've tried, and I've tried all of the top ones that I could find. Super intuitive to set up and even easier to configure, BUT, the most powerful of them all because we can actually use it, and are encouraged to do so because of how well-designed the interface is. I ran into an issue during config that I needed urgent help with before a deadline presentation, and support got back to me with the solution within 15 minutes! Can't beat that.

What do you dislike?

I haven't encountered a downside with Cyfe, and the only issue I experienced was the lack of auto image-resizing in widgets that have embedded images.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're currently tracking all of our marketing engagement across all platforms in a very easily digestible way.

"Great tool"

What do you like best?

Wide array of widgets and SQL/API connectivity

What do you dislike?

The interface changes rapidly, and (albeit very rarely) it will go down.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In terms of the KPI dashboard market (Geckoboard,Dasheroo, etc) I think Cyfe is the best. It has great features and the pricing isn't too bad. (Most companies charge a per-user fee which becomes too costly, too quickly.) We use a lot of the Cyfe features which have saved us time from having to build our own widgets. The API and SQL connectivity is great as well.

"Good Reporting Hub"

What do you like best?

Cyfe is a good hub for all of your digital needs.

What do you dislike?

I wish scheduling was a feature for Facebook and Instagram. Customer service is slow/ updates on software aren't up to date on the site

Being able to see analytics in one spot is very useful.

"Now too expensive and bad commercial methods"

What do you like best?

Facebook insights with history is interesting and visually nice.

Google analytics as well.

What do you dislike?

Suddenly, they increased the price three times more and just sent an email 1 month before in the middle of summer. The upgrade is automatic, so we suddlenly received an invoice of $89 instead of 19. I know other apps that just block your account or a part of it if you don't upgrade (like Jotform). Moreover, when most of apps give you the ability to finish you subscription when you cancel it, Cyfe deletes you account immediately. So finally, we paid 89 for nothing.

Facebook insights history is fine. Twitter, Instagram and Linked In are not good.
