What do you like best?
The platform is very advanced, but my favorite aspect of DCDial is by far their customer service! The DCDial team has built custom features at our request.

What do you dislike?
The system is very customizable, so there are a lot of settings to learn. But they do provide YouTube videos, help files, and the customer service team is very responsive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a way to automate our customer outreach and payment processing. We have been able to greatly increase ur productivity using the Predictive Dialer and SMS campaigns. Additionally, our clients are now able to make payments using IVR and the DCDial online payment portal. We no longer have to use live agents to process payments!

Best Dialer Service
I've never heard of DCDial before actually trying it and, honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about them. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because their app is AMAZING. Extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, has a lot of features that other big companies don't even offer + their team is ready to customize an app for you if you have any special requests
