What do you like best?
I can mark up exactly where on a piece of creative my comments apply and can upload external images for reference
What do you dislike?
Not very intuitive. Feel like there are some functions we're missing because the UX is not intuitive.

"Great for distance teams needing reviews"
What do you like best?
It is so helpful for reviewing things and for seeing where something needs to be changed in order to get approval. Being able to see the previous versions also helped track when changes were made and explained why/when they changed. This was especially helpful in a more regulated environment so our compliance team could not only check the messaging or packaging being distributed, but also have an official "sign off" log for approvals.
What do you dislike?
When an item was added to a review that already had files in it, the person reviewing will not get notified so a new review has to be created every time. Other options are to add all of the files at the same time into the same review, but it defeats the purpose of having a review of a set of documents if you're unable to efficiently add a new file later. Our company eventually had so many problems with that that we had to put our subscription on hold as it just wasn't efficient for our use. If they update that bug within their system it would be a huge benefit to all users and the company I worked for would still use that service.

If you're not needing to add files to the same review at a later date, the software will work perfectly for your organization.

It helped streamline how our review process for documents should be. The ability to log a document, circle/highlight/comment and then add new/updated versions for the final approval or rejection was a huge benefit and kept all of that important information in one place.

I used to work with a virtual team spreading social awareness about education, girl child safety awareness campaign. We used to design content and needed to share with our colleagues at different locations this tool that allowed us to share design ideas and coordinate our operations. Concept Share does exactly that. It has a natural design and purposes to achieve our requirement.
What do you dislike?
You need to learn how it works to make use of advanced features and functions. However, it didn't take long to get the entire team on board. We may need to provide on job training for few hours and ready to go

What do you like best?
I love the markup tools because it makes it really easy to convey exactly where changes need to be made takes out the guesswork which is a very good thing when I am working with suppliers or developing a new product that has many changes before the final sample is ready
What do you dislike?
Not very intuitive has a bit of a learning curve, before a team starts using this tool efficiently, It was not an easy set up process and I'm not sure if we ever did get all the settings right but I did work for the features I wanted to demo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free trial is nice because you can test drive the product b4 making a financial commitment which is starting to be a rare find. I always want to have the time to test a product actually using it without the pressure of a salesrep calling and trying to pitch the paid version b4 I am ready to make a decision. I was not bombarded with sales calls or emails when I tested this software so that alone makes it a win/win to try it if you think it is something that would simplify your the communications internally or with your suppliers.

I was trying to take all the guesswork out of changes that were needed in our product development counter samples.
