What are the best aspects of this product?

I like everything about this product. It has come out as a reliable tool to help with managing and converting leads within a short period of time. When it comes to customer support, it is impressive. I do not have to wait for long for my issue to be resolved as the customer support team they have can be relied upon. It is easy to set up DialogTech into your system. The reporting feature makes everything look simple and organized. It helps me to break down my call data into the simplest form that is easy to interpret. For what it has to offer, I can only make the best use of the features it has in store.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the customer support is impressive, I would prefer them to include more tutorials of how to use this product. Most of the times when you call you might not get what you are looking for. Sometimes you need to read on your own in order to get a tight grasp of what each of the feature does. This is more sustainable and welcoming than having to call for almost every obstacle you come across while using this product. Since it is a product with multiple features for users to utilize, it would be better if the training materials were available for beginners.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was not in our wish list to use call in order to track lead sources. However, when we started using DialogTech, it is what we were missing. We cannot seem to stay away from it. It is now possible to track call lead sources without much hustle. It makes things simple on our end. With such capability, we can now plan and execute our marketing strategies with ease. It helps us to be more productive currently and in future which puts us in a better place to be competitive. The reporting feature gives us more decisive results for the data we collect for calls to and from our clients.

It provides a challenge to someone who is not used to this kind of technology. Since you will be using your phone much in managing your clients, you need to have a tight grasp of what to expect. The features can be too overwhelming at times. It gives any new user something to work with. This may not be the fault of the DialogTech team as it is the role of the user to know all the features. With the many options that this tool brings you may find yourself stuck between which option is the best to go with. What are the best aspects of this product?

It has done it for us in terms of knowing when and what leads were searching for on our site. This allows us to target then and reach out to them so that we can convert them. It applies phone swapping technology where you can get all the numbers of leads and try to reach out to them. Our sales team is able to react within a short period before the customer changes their mind. In the process, our chances of converting that lead, is high. DialogTech has become a successful product in this program and we can now manage call lead sources without much effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the start, it was not all good on our side. It was not possible to know what we were doing wrong since our phone calls were down. This came as a surprise on our end as we thought we were doing everything right. The next best possible thing we did was to ask help from customer support. This help did not come as fast as we would have expected it. It took too long, about a month, to resolve the situation which was very disappointing. It would be better if such issues are solved within a short timeline for ease of use of the product. All in all, we were able to get back on track after the issue was resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has improved the number of people who walk into the dealerships. Without DialogTech, it would have been impossible to know exactly what customers were looking for. Luckily, we can now determine what customers want with the phone number technology that comes with this product. The call is made to the source lead and that is how we get customers to come into the dealerships. This has improved sales on our part and we can thank DialogTech for that. It has made it easy for our team to work well in terms of converting leads into buying customers for our clients. In short, it provides a conducive and working strategy for conversion.

The customer support is reliable to a point where you can depend on then to help you out whenever you face a problem. They respond to calls from users which is amazing on my part. When it comes to the installation of this product, it is easy. You can get started with ease which makes everything smooth. Whenever clients point out an issue or suggest a feature that once added in the tool it would be of huge help, the DialogTech team is willing to improve on that. It thus takes care of the needs and requirements of the clients which is bliss. It also has an API which is very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Apart from all the good things this tool brings, it has its drawbacks. The API can be difficult or overwhelming to use. It makes it difficult to customize the tool the way you want according to the needs of your business. If you want to customize, you have to go through a tiring process which not only requires a lot of effort but also time on your part. It would be better if the API was made simple so that it would be easy to customize the tool. Other than that, it helps to drive sales in a big way.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I loved the customer support that DialogTech has. They are very helpful from the training period to when you get the product up and running. They were able to offer assistance when I wanted to install the product into my system. They were with me every step of the way and whenever needed help, they would pick up my calls. The click to call conversions feature is intuitive and works fast to collect all the conversations of potential customers you want to convert. This way, you will be able to analyze how well different campaigns are performing. It helps to set up click to call feature such that calls are made automatically to potential customers when you are in the office for the purpose of convenience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it has a great reporting feature, I would prefer if the reports were more detailed. It does not offer a simple to interpret report in the form of graph or any other easy to interpret form. It would be better if such a report was available automatically when you login. This would help to understand how the adverting campaigns. At the moment, the reports are working fine but they could be improved with graphical presentation which would be easy to understand and follow. All in all, the experience with this tool is none like other and I love all that it has to offer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It can be difficult to convert a lead by merely managing them to the time they order. They can change their mind in between and thus the need to move fast and personalize your strategy. DialogTech has made it possible for us to get in touch with leads as soon as they fill out our form online.
