"Makes it easy to separate work and personal communications"

What do you like best?

The ability to use this on both my phone and computer helps make managing my time and communication easy. Texting is a huge plus.

What do you dislike?

Its difficult to get this product to auto sync with Salesforce to log communications. I really wish it was easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program allows me to handle all of my customer phone calls and outreach without having to have a separate work phone or worry about customers calling my personal phone number. Its fantastic.

So I work with a Car shipping company and Dialpad is the software out of the many that we use , "why" you ask

So let me tell you:

1. It is very easy to use( user friendly )

3. its also very team oriented( I can see my team members activities( whether they are on a call or not before transfering calls)

4. It on the 3 major platforms : Windows , Android and Apple ) .......no one is left out

5. The quality is unseemingly perfect, you never have a thought of calls quality because it's clear always

What do you like best?

Relatively easy to use and integrate with.

What do you dislike?

There can be quality issues on calls, but I feel Dialpad has improved on this front over the last year or so.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest benefit is leveraging Dialpad to integrate with SFDC & the call forwarding to my personal cell.

"PC connected phone functionality at it's finest!"

What do you like best?

There are a few things that I really like about Dialpad. Salesforce integration & dedicated phone number are great! The best thing about the dedicated phone # is being able to send and receive text messages. It's really a game-changer for recruiting potential candidates for our program. Being able to shoot a quick message like "Are you available to chat right now?" or "I just sent the information over." allows for me to send quick follow up without having to create an email that might get lost in someone's inbox.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say "dislike", but I am still trying to figure out the auto-dial feature for when I am really hammering out phonecalls. Also, sometimes it seems a bit clunky when trying to add a contact from salesforce to Dialpad. However, I think this really falls into the category of me needing to carve out some time to really understand the platform better. Again, Dialpad has been a lifesaver for me!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need to connect w/ contacts but don't want them calling your personal cell, or if you are looking to a great phone software that integrates to salesforce w/ ease, Dialpad is where it's at.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Not having to receive work phone calls & texts to my personal number, w/o getting another service-connected device and the integration into salesforce. As long as I have contact matched and synced when creating a new contact and reaching out, it's smooth sailing. Also, being able to match profiles on LinkedIn and adding them as leads to follow up w/ in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a baller feature.
