What do you like best?
I like that you can track replies from marketing automation. This is a feature missing in marketing automation.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that sometimes it doesnt route to a sales rep this causes problems because some people just do not receive emails.

I would see how close you are with your IT department because this requires subdomain set up

We are solving the problem of not tracking replies in marketo. This benefits seeing in content team seeing answers to copy, reply tracking to see replies to conversations.

"Easiest tool to set up and maintain"
What do you like best?
Siftrock takes the hassle out of inbox management. There’s so much vital information in reply emails, whether human or auto reply, that is impossible to take advantage of for companies sending out mass marketing emails. Siftrock automates 90% of it for you using simple skills and makes the remaining 10% easy to manage. No one wants to sort through hundreds or thousands of replies; do yourself a favor and have Siftrock do the work for you. Also, Siftrock was one of the easiest tools I’ve ever set up in Marketo.
What do you dislike?
Siftrock is able to mine OOO emails for new contact info and automatically create them in your MAP. This sounds great but as opt-in continues to become more stringent this data is becoming harder to utilize.

The tool will make your life easier.

We no longer worry about missing email replies. Siftrock manages 90% of them and forwards the other 10% to a human to review. It’s also great for updating contact info and keeping our database clean.

The best things about Siftrock are their intuitive dashboards and views, the ability to integrate with any major MAP, and their responsive Customer Service team.

There isn't anything to dislike at this point in the process of using Siftrock.

What do you like best?
No more sifting through hundreds of automated email replies. Siftrock saves us tons of time by sorting those out for us.
What do you dislike?
The system is really sensitive and often our test emails don't come through. I actually wish the flood gates would be opened a bit more.

The main problem we wanted to solve was sifting through hundreds of out of office replies to marketing emails to find the real human responses that need to be responded to

What do you like best?
We are very new to Siftrock, but we are already loving it and seeing its potential! I love how the concept of the tool is so simple, but has so much value! The best part is that we do not have to manually review reply emails and update Marketo records anymore! Siftrock automates the process for us which allows us to spend more time on other projects.
The Siftrock team, especially Katie, is so responsive and supportive, love that! It shows how much they care about their customers and soon-to-be customers.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at the moment. I just wish we could have implemented this sooner.

If you are using a marketing automation system that integrates with Siftrock and if you have a marketing inbox, go for it! I highly recommend doing the 14 days trial first to get a feel of the tool and see its potential. You will not regret this decision at all!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Definitely helping with our lead generation efforts by finding new contacts in the reply emails (genius!) and creating them in our Marketo database. There are different quality scores for each new contact, so you can choose which one(s) you want created in your database.
Siftrock also helps clean our data by finding and updating those that have left the company. This feature alone helps with email deliverability and database cleanliness. This was done manually before we implemented Siftrock, so definitely helps with time and human error here.
