What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that it can integrate with our e-commerce platforms. It has very precise analytics as it always gets the right segmentation of customers based on their behaviors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We encountered some issues linking Facebook and Drip more seamlessly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Drip reduced our sending of emails to half but this surprisingly boosted our conversions. I think we owe this to how Drip was able to pin down what our customers really want and compress these in fewer messages. I can say that overall we have effectively built stronger relationships with customers, thanks to Drip.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Drip really interacts with customers. It reminds them of items waiting in their carts, offers product suggestions, and proactively asks what made them stop the conversion journey, Drip can perform so many tasks that many businesses usually do using several different platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm still learning how to maximize Drip further but would appreciate if the people behind Drip could give beginners a helping hand.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Drip has been so efficient and effective that it had several times converted an abandoned cart into a sale. My work has also transitioned from email work to researching how to improve my product offerings, which is a much better way for me to further boost my revenues.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Drip has served as a one-stop-shop to our business needs. Despite having harboring features, it is surprisingly easy to use. But the biggest plus for me about drip is its round-the-clock customer care.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would give it a five if it would add more template formats.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Drip automated tasks I used to do singlehandedly and for hours. Besides making my life easier, it provided results with the increased sales my business has generated since using this tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Sales surged over ten times! At a relatively low price point, Drip offers plenty of features that are easy to use and configure. The package includes basics like opt-in and templates, etc. while it has advanced capabilities in tags and categorizing your promotional emails based on the types of customers you plan to send them to.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We encounter short downtime from time to time. Finding your way within the platform was quite hard so a manual from Drip would be great. As for the design, I find it too basic. I think a background image, which Drip doesn't allow, would be more attention-grabbing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are mostly benefitting from its integration of various social media platforms. Overall, we've been seeing positive outcomes from the more personalized email marketing strategy Drip has introduced to us.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Drip's visuals are tremendously amazing. I like that Drip fully automates the tasks at hand and that it only took a few hours for its setup. The dashboards are easy-to-use and constantly improves.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our only but major issue with Drip is that their customer service providers offer different solutions for a single problem. This was confusing and compelled us to do several heavy changes in our newsletter.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Promotional email and surveys are automatically sent to users upon signup. Our company values feedbacks and we appreciate how Drip succeeds in obtaining filled-up survey forms, some through regular follow-ups.
