Constant spam e-mails

Have never signed up or agreed to be contacted by eGain. In fact, I have specifically unsubscribed from their services but still get e-mails from them 3-4 times per week from multiple spamming accounts which try to get around filters. Would not use.Original post - 10th April 2020Update - 6th May 2020As previously stated, I unsubscribed from all of eGain's e-mails however, I have still received 7 e-mails from them in the last month from spam domains.Update 2 - 14th May 20203 further e-mails from spam domains.

Outdated, horrible usability

They may impress with reporting functions on paper but eGain 11 is horrible to use. It's incredibly that anyone would ever market such a user-unfriendly piece of garbage. It only works with an outdated version of IE and crashes frequently. It takes IT specialists at our company to figure out how to make it crash less.
