COPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!
COPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! I'm very disapointed with the quality of the service of Egencia. In december I received an email that the flight was cancelled. I didn't revceive any more details than that. On the Egencia website the flight was still present and it didn't seem to be anything wrong with it. Two weeks later I contacted Egencia consultant on the web chat who told me that indeed the flight was cancelled, and I won't be able to take the first connection. and now it is automatically changed so one of the connections gave only 30 min for transfer and airline change (so need to check in the bagage again). I changed that flight to have safer connection and everything was fine... until one day before the departure, when I checked Egencia website and found out that my flight has disappeared from there (despite earlier approval and confirmation) without any notification to me through mail or phone! I had to call Egencia telephone line for 25e to solve this issue, which was apparently payment issue even though everything was confirmed from my bank too.

Unreliable hotel payments and rental car bookings. A complete nightmare.

Terrible customer service
Wow quite surprised really for such a big company. Their customer service was awful, explained the issue, sent the details, they said that they would follow up. Then 5 mins later sent me an email telling me to do exactly what I had already done 3 times and had no effect previously. Avoid.

Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service. Tried to call 100 times their office in NL, never received an answer, after wait 3 minute the call has been cut automatically.On the app appear flights that you cannot book, you arrive at the end of the process and then you could not terminate since a message told you that the flight does not exist.
