What are the best aspects of this product?

As great as Nexonia can be, what I like most with it is their staff. They're constantly making it a point in showcasing how thrilled they are in helping you out. Furthermore, they're constantly making system upgrades. So it won't take long to have a certain functionality to be included within the system. They also do a great job listening to whatever it is that you have to say.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I had to choose something that I didn't favor, I'd say the gaps seen in its features. Thankfully, they're only a temporary thing. Nexonia continues to update their system quickly. Aside from that, there's nothing else to hate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

More staff are handing over Timesheets and Expenses. Expenses is both Out-of-Pocket as well as on company cards. It's becoming a tiring process in utilizing the original paper process. Nexonia completely revolutionized the process. It began with its first entry going all the way to General Ledger posting. It's becoming so easy to use these days!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our organization contains a set of highly unique reporting requirements. The implementation team from Nexonia was awesome when making customizations to our system for our needs to be met. The team was diligent in meeting our implementation timeline. This was done despite credit card problems and moving from our sandbox emvironment all the way to our production account. I appreciate the fact that they were responsive throughout the implementation process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

During the process of implementation, we collaborated with several people. This made it a little difficult to understand which person is doing what and who should be talking to who. It's critical not to have these occurrances during certain implementation stages. They resolved this. They responded quickly whenever we faced concerns or inquiries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had around 70 or so individuals sending out monthly expenses. The Excel template being utilized for corporate and personal expenses was complex for continued use. It triggered way too much effort. Nexonia is more user-friendly and robus. It has current integration with our ERP system.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that support are constantly involved in the setup process. They've gone above and beyond through their efficiency and swift response time. The team is open to ideas and suggestions in improving functionality. Some suggestions were already considered and improved in the short time we spent with a client.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really nothing to hate with their service. Although there are certain tweaks that I'd want to bring in. Right now, I'm very confident Nexonia is doing the best they can in improving according to customer recommendations/requests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We faced problems with the integration of Concur to NetSuite. The same goes for billing, Concur support, and others. They were more than frustrating. But when collaborating with Nexonia's implementation, support, and sales team, they were with us from the very beginning. They were perfect and continued to offer 100% of quality service. This was long before we ended up being a client.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like taking photographs of receipts right them and there. Then throwing them away rjgbt after. Everything is paperless! Business expenses are now housed on my American Express Card. I can simply download the card activity from my recent expense report straight into my Nexonia app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The way some of its buttons are placed isn't consistent from one screen to the next. Sometimes, you'll need to scroll or pause so you can spot things that need to be closed or those that require submission. The buttons for navigation won't freeze whenever you're scrolling. Whenever you're scrolling down, you end up losing them. Then resort to going back to the top again to scroll.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Handing over expenses reports is timely. Very easy to utilize. Going paperless. Doing expense report offline or on mobile. Having credit card transaction downloads and reconciliation.

What are the best aspects of this product?

In a nutshell, being able to collaborate with the team from Nexonia appears to be the smoothest in terms of integration with Netsuite. Issues were resolved swiftly. Communication has never been clearer.It's highly intuitive. Functions as what you'd expect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Came with zero 2FA support. However, the development team is responsive. They're in the middle of working on this problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Expense a.pprovals, purchasing aspects, and time sheets (defaulted) led to more problems with approval workflowm, usage, and visibility. Workflows and custom scripting found withing Netsuite only took care of certain problems. Getting Nexonia led to an enhanced user base. Support tickets that requests help with features related have been dropped.
