What are the best aspects of this product?
Setting it up and using it is easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The setup was easy but it took time to calibrate the settings that coincide with our workflow. We have problems with backing up data and updating information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Interaction with clients from application to moving out has been smooth.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that all are in one location, it makes things really easy! We just have to open Entrata to contact prospects and residents and send emails, notifications, leases, and other documents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The lease has some issues such as being unable to change the lease after being generated; have missing important aspects.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Easy to use; and everything is in one app.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It was so easy to use! I like how even though I started with it not knowing a lot of its features, by only "taking a tour" on the app, I can find out how to use it. I also like how the dashboard is full of information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope Entrata can train more than just the company's representative.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communicating with the customers and clients have been easier through the app. Entrata offers different templates and an easier way to send out mass emails and texting.

Entrata is simple and easy to navigate on!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not much related to the app itself but more on the regulations of our company's location, but we can't issue electronic leasing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The app has made communication with the team, the company, and the clients easier. We also have more access to information, and processing and managing payment and lease through the app.
