What do you like best?

eStreamDesk has an easy orientation platform and easy incident handling. What I like most is that the product divides the different incidents such as problems, forum and others. What I like most is that this software has a kind of forum that allows us to collaborate with the different members on an incident.

What do you dislike?

When there is a large volume of connected users, tickets take longer to load. The website also has some programming problems, which only allows you to upload photos in JPEG format.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This software will allow you to meet the needs of your customers and help you respond in the shortest possible time. They have great documentation and features that will help you. I recommend it.

In the organization where I work we use eStreamDesk to solve problems in the shortest possible time. What benefited us most from the platform was the reduction in software costs, since its annual cost was considerably cheaper than the product we used before.
