"Beautiful Event Experience Software"
What do you like best?
Eventee has a very clean user interface and is absolutely beautiful, with everything being very well organised.
I plan to use this for organising both online and face to face event ideas and have invested heavily in this software for current opportunities and its future potential.
What really sold me on this app, was it's ability to update programmes in real time, get instant feedback for organisers and presenters via the mobile app, and the virtual event support.
Most people carry their mobile phones around with them these days, so having a great experience on the mobile app while at the event is essential.
What do you dislike?
Not really dislikes, but just some impatience as I know that CName, whitelabel, and zapier features are on their roadmap and looking forward to testing these features out. Please include Webhooks as todays entrepreneurs expect this feature along with zapier or other connector type apps.

"Better than the Best experience"
What do you like best?
This was my first time using a conference app for my Event. Eventee far exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciate the stellar customer service and the response of the Eventee team. The ease of use for the conference attendees made for a great experience for all involved.
What do you dislike?
There was not anything that I disliked about the product, there were areas that I needed more flexibility and the developers worked to address those concerns Specifically, I needed the ability for participants to ask questions in the workshop segment. The team helped us to navigate this issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great app for small conferences, particularly if you haven't engaged in using a conference/event application .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Due to the pandemic - I needed to pivot my on-site conference to a hybrid model that would allow me to have fewer participants on site and serving the remaining attendee population via live stream. In order to do this I needed a platform that would enable the attendees both in-person and virtual to engage with each other through networking , engage with the speakers and allow for questioning and polling The Eventee App provided the perfect platform to achieve my goals.

"Great for conference/event management and outreach"
What do you like best?
Eventee's analytics are fantastic. Our conference just ended and we're able to easily access and analyze the feedback from our presentations and workshops. Our attendees (who are generally not tech-savvy) found the app easy to use and helpful in terms of managing their workshop agendas.
What do you dislike?
We really don't have anything that we dislike. Eventee exceeded our expectations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been trying to reduce paper waste, and Eventee has allowed us to eliminate the 40+ page paper conference brochures we generally use. It has also eliminated paper reviews/feedback forms for every conference session. The analytics tools help us better utilize attendee feedback in order to maximize the content for future conferences.

The app supported our event of 300 people (over 100 lectures on artificial intelligence - AIFEST) connected in real time with no problem.
What do you dislike?
The app's time is related to the user's smartphone time, so the lecture calendar may appear shifted between different timezone people.

Essential for events with more than 10 lectures in a single day.

Interactions between participants viewing the lectures, marking the ones they would like to attend and informing their evaluations at the end of the event. It's the app we really needed and we will be using again in 2020.
