BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money
Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

Terrible experience - account closed without notice
We signed up for this service to provide a customer help line for our online annual meeting of 350 people. After testing and getting help from evoice we felt ready to go. We had five people answering calls as the meeting began to provide assistance in connecting into the meeting. Our membership is older so we expected to have a good number of calls for about an hour and then have things slow down. And things did slow down! As in - we were shut down by evoice. They closed our account completely right in the middle of our event and called it a "fraud alert". I called the company, spoke with customer service and verified who I was and why we had so many calls. They agreed to reactivate it AFTER A MANDATORY CREDIT CHECK. So we were left hanging (for a $14 a month service) for a credit check. Even more frustrating is that they don't just close your phone line, they closed our account so I can't even go in and remove my corporate credit card number. Our members were left without support during an important meeting. We spent valuable time during the meeting trying to sort things out and there WAS NO WARNING that this might happen. In my conversation with evoice prior to the meeting I explained what we were doing and no one suggested this might happen.Save yourself the frustration and skip evoice.

Absolute WORSE experience
Absolute WORSE experience. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We spend every day for 1 week getting them to set up our phone forwarding correctly and then the shut down our account on day 4 because their system had a glitch and they tried to blame it on us and kept giving us excuse about making too many calls within 1 minute of each other. Spend 1.5 hours on 1 phone call with rep, when she suggested we needed a supervisor, rep came back and said the supervisor didn't want to get on the call and she had to escalate and I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. Save your frustration, time and money and go with any other company.
