Den helt store katastrofe viser sig, når man vil eksportere sit barns billeder. Dette kan man få lov til at gøre helt manuelt - billede for billede. Uden brug af genvejstaster m.v. Jeg påtalte det over for Famly, hvorefter svaret var "Det er der ikke noget, vi kan gøre ved". Mig bekendt er det fordi man ikke er villig til at poste penge i en sådan simpel funktion. Forstår ikke man vil være dette bekendt over for sine kunder anno 2021.

Our experience with Famly so far is amazing
Our experience with Famly so far is brilliant, we have been using the system for nearly a year now and have felt so supported by the team, it was really easy to use and we set it up within a few hours. There have been a few times that I have needed some support, I was able to get through straight away most of the time or leave a message and I was called back really quickly (this was during (Covid-19), so it was to be expected. The parents are loving the ease of the app and enjoy the newsfeed, it's really easy to keep in touch with our parents through the messaging service and we can see if they have read the message.I would definitely recommend this system for any nursery small or large, it's definitely worth the investment and build the communication between parents and staff. As a management system, invoices are easy to do, you can bulk and individual, see projected forecasts and sign children and staff in and out. We also record staff and children absence and holidays, tracking is done easily. Basically everything you need is at a touch of a button.

Staying in touch with Famly.
We are using Famly a lot to stay in touch with our client base - both the current Critical worker group we are supporting but just as importantly our wider group of locked down children and their families. We have now got 3 or 4 staff regularly posting updates, photos and videos. We’re just releasing our own client survey just to see what the Critical worker users are thinking of our service and whether it is meeting their needs. We have a wider range of age groups at present, from 1 to 10, so this is a lot different to ‘normal’. We always appreciate feedback and will react to all positive inputs to improve what we do.Famly is a good resource and we will continue to try and make it work for our business, which is not straightforward due to the high degrees of flexibility that we offer. A feature of what we are doing to stay in touch is our weekly surprise gift draw for all clients who wish to participate. Each week a gift bag is sent to the prizewinning child and we ask for a photo of them to be sent in return. We hear the kids are very happy when they receive the prize!
