What do you like best?
Being honest, this company has been amazing to deal with. They are on the ball, Dealing with Mike, and Paul has been such a pleasure over the last several years. You ask, and it is done. No waiting. They also let me know when, and how to improve my site as time goes on. They are always trying to make my site the best it can be. I have never received more complement from my customers about my site. Also the picture gallery.
What do you dislike?
Again, being very serious there has not been one thing that I have disliked!

What do you like best?
Firedrum staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond. They have the skill to build and/or redesign a website. Our real estate website is hugely important as we rely on leads coming in through the site. Firedrum redesigned our older site and made it easier to navigate and brought it up to current standards. We are thrilled with the result.

Distance between our office and theirs. :)

Because of the redesign and SEO involved with the redesign, we are seeing more traffic come in for our real estate business. Our clients begin their search online before they even consider contacting a Realtor so it was important to us to be mobile friendly and responsive, easy to navigate and Firedrum did all of that and more. That is increasing our leads through the website.

What do you like best?
Firedrum's platform is so easy to use and is capable of hosting some incredible looking emails. They are also prompt when needed. Their platform allows me to edit content easily and make it look just how I want it to.
What do you dislike?
After years of using FireDrum's platform, I have not yet had an issue with them.

Take the time to talk to them and see how prompt they really are!

FireDrum helps with more than just large tasks, but is there even for simple questions and I never feel like I am wasting their time. Their platform has helped us create high quality e-mail content quickly by allowing me to save templates or start a new email by using an already sent email as the starting point. That means that I never have to start from scratch or can send repeat emails with a few edits.
Another great feature is a live look in on the side of what the email will look like on a phone. So as I make my edits, I can constantly see what the email will look like on a computer and phone.
Firedrum also has a new service that allows me to see what the email will look like on all types of platforms. For example, I can see what the email looks like on a phone versus a tablet or computer. This ensures that the email looks great on all platforms so customers see what we want them to see.
