What are the best aspects of this product?

12 months in and Fishbowl has failed to get the product fully operational at this point so it is difficult to see the best aspects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software as a whole is problematic and should never have been used for our setup. Fishbowl is met for a very simple small business. We were convinced by Fishbowl that they would customize their software to meet our complex needs. Over the last 12 months we have seen failures in the Sales Team to understand what that commitment meant, failures in their development team not actually putting time into the project, and failures in leadership at the company. We have yet to see a true success anywhere with Fishbowl. Considering the need for added head count, the 8 months in delays by fishbowl, and the lost revenue this setup is easily costing more than 10 times what was presented to us. Not happy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having experience with numerous ERP's this setup took us back 10 years in loss of process automation and functionality. There were no problems solved with this setup.

What are the best aspects of this product?

By just clicking a few keys, we can manage, move, and transfer inventory easily. The support team is also superb. They were able to assist us without any problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they allow order correction once it is processed.

Tracking and managing our inventory became easier for the whole team.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Fishbowl is very accomodating to its clients. They are very much willing to assist us and improve their software based on our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite pricey, but their support team makes up for it.

Managing inventory became simple for us. Their cooperative customer service is also a plus.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team was super helpful. They helped us learn how to use it and when we encounter problems, they assist us immediately. They are pretty much experts on the program, so they never wasted time in resolving issues. I've been using it for three years and the updates and perks are endless. We were also able to move our business online as it integrates well with our shopping cart. It is also very easy and smooth to use. There were no system lags. The process is just seamless. The mapping options also saved us a lot of time in customizing what we want the system to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customization is very limited in the UI. I hope they improve this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our speed increased and manufacturing problems were solved. We can track serial numbers and warranty expiration. The barcode generation also helped us find SOs easily.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can control and access data using a single platform. I can also easily purchase, store, and sell the stock. Furthermore, I can now manage my time easily as tracking, packing, and shipping orders can now be easily tracked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be hard to customize reports. I also had issues with the Canadian version like that of integration with Quickbooks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Like I mentioned earlier, we were able to manage our time well as the tracking of every item became easier. It also has a data capture feature that allows you to keep track of your long term goals.
