Unattended access is very convenient - can work on issues during off peak hours.

It periodically times you out, and takes some wait period to get back in.

Everything remote access. Benefits are not having to pay for travel or off site technicians.

What do you like best?
I tried several remote access software packages before hearing about FixMe.IT from a colleague. The software works great and is more fully featured than some of the competitors more expensive products. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike?
Nothing I can think of to dislike at the moment. I would like to see support for Android devices in the future.

Reliable, quality product at a reasonable price.

Use it for both unattended access to client pc's and attended troubleshooting with clients.

What do you like best?
Unattended customer/client features. You can get direct access from the website (fixme.it) , if you don't have unattended client installed. Very good speed of connection.
What do you dislike?
They do not have session transfers and no surveys and feedback.
They lack diagnostic tools.
Cannot be used on mobile platforms.

It is reliable, powerful and a great value for money.
