"Invaluable tool, my go to for mapping out flows and customer journeys"
What do you like best?
That's it's proven brilliantly quick and easy to adopt for my clients, the auto-update in user flow connections works like magic. Everyone that I know who has started using Flowmapp, saw the benefits for their workflows and organisations virtually immediately.
What do you dislike?
Hard to say, haven't noticed functional deficiencies, the benefits overshadow all. Would love to see some live collaboration handling introduced (e.g. as in Figma, Pitch).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Saving me tons of time, more practical than other tools available on the market, dare I say even if one is proficient with e.g. Figma.

"Best sitemap and content gathering tool"
What do you like best?
I've tried many different services but haven't found any as easy to use or as simple for clients to use than FlowMapp. I use it for generating client's sitemaps and then ask clients to login and add their content. I can then easily take that content and use it to build their new website.
What do you dislike?
The only difficulty I've had with FlowMapp is switching to their free plan when I'm not using their service. After a client provides me everything I need I usually archive their project and then I don't need FlowMapp until the next project. They used to allow switching to the free plan and then upgrading to the paid plan when necessary. But somehow they've made that process more difficult.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Clients used to send me their sitemaps in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, by email, and even on pieces of paper that they would then take a picture of and email me! FlowMapp has streamlined the whole process for us.

"Good collaborative tool for creating sitemaps, user flows and customer journey maps"
What do you like best?
Creating flowcharts is pretty straight forward. I like that you can collaborate with team mates and it provides the sitemap in a visual manner that is good for presentations and walking clients through. The designs of the icons are nice and I love that you can upload an XML sitemap.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice if it were a little more customizable. For example the text labels are really small if you want to use it in a presentation outside of Flowmapp. Also it would be great if I could upload a csv or Excel doc as a sitemap or even integrate a Google Sheets doc for easy updating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good starter app if you are looking at collaborating on UX work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I think it solves the issue of being collaborative. The visual nature of it makes it great for showing clients quickly as well.

"Easy to use, well designed, straight to the point."
What do you like best?
Flowmapp's design is clean and simple, making it super easy to get started. Almost no learning curve. It includes everything you need to get started with product design.
Once you create a project, you pretty much see a giant editor and only 4 tabs (personas, user flows, sitemap, and CJM), which makes it impossible to get lost, and you see everything you can do in the site all in one place. It's easy to switch between tabs whenever you want.
Additionally, creating user personas is a breeze. Not only do they provide templates to get started, but you can also edit it however you want.
What do you dislike?
When creating user flows, it's often helpful to have placeholder images (like wireframes) to represent certain stages of the flow at a glance. These kind of things make a huge difference, and I've seen similar platforms provide it. If flowmapp provided stills of common wireframes (login, profile, settings, etc) that can be drag and dropped into steps on the user flow, it would make navigating the flows so much better. Although I understand this may get to domain specific (I'm a web developer).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Trying to map out user flows for my product, as well as create personas of my target users. I want to be able to see the big picture before I start developing and designing in order to save time in the long run. This tool definitely helps with that, because creating user flows and personas can be a time consuming task in itself. However, this platform has really made it a breeze to do.

"Great for collaboration and building clarity across teams."
What do you like best?
How easy it was to not only build out site maps but add more context to those site maps so that we can get buy in from stakeholders across a large and complex organization. It also streamlines collaboration between design and content so they can work in tandem and build on the knowledge each brings to the table.
Being able to upload files and custom wires keeps all the details of the project in one place while the built in elements make quick work of roughing out a site.
What do you dislike?
It would be ideal if content were married more closely to the UX to avoid having to bring in another tool for content creation. While the page structure feature with the content boxes work well enough, being able to structure something as simple as the H1s, H2s, etc. would eliminate the need for using an ancillary tool like Gather Content for the content management portion of the project. That being said, much of my work is content creation related, so it's likely this wouldn't be a shortcoming for most using the tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Working with a range of viewpoints and being able to bring stakeholders along in the process even if they aren't familiar with web projects.
