"An intuitive and easy to use document managament software"

What do you like best?

It is the most user-friendly document management system I have seen. As a user, what impressed me most was the user interface being highly friendly and intuitive, something that I would not expect from such tools.

The platform has excellent features, which facilitate the organization, selection, and upload of files. Also, there are several sharing options.

It is possible to create several folders and subfolders to organize the files, and different levels of access can be granted to them.

Folderit has an extensive knowledge base that makes it possible to take any potential questions about the tool. I confess that I did not use as much as I thought I would need, given that everything is very understandable.

What do you dislike?

I don't have major complaints about the tool, but I miss the integration with mobile devices, through an application.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have always had difficulties in using document management software, both for its complexity and its exorbitant prices. I had low expectations when I ordered the FOLDERIT trial, but since I invested in this management software, the productivity of my work has exponentially increased.

The tool is practical, easy, and efficient, something that is difficult to say about DMS software. I didn't need any special training to start using the tool.

Considering my country's currency, it's not very affordable software, but compared to other document management systems, the cost-effectiveness is unmatched.

"Best cloud storage"

What do you like best?

Operating Folderit Document Management as my main cloud storage is the best decision that i have done. It is really easy to retrieve my files and documents in the cloud storage as it works on desktop and also form my mobile phone.

What do you dislike?

I need to start uploading from the start if in connection get interrupted in the middle of uploading process. I hope they can simply to resume the uploading process if the connection get interrupted.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love how secure the cloud storage works, as i have many sensitive document stored in the storage and security is the main aspect that i need for the cloud storage service.

"My review"

What do you like best?

Uploading and downloading a document and my asset into Folderit cloud server is so fast and the connection is stable. That is the important thing that really like while using this software.

What do you dislike?

Everything works so smooth and nothing that i dislike about this software.

Folderit Document Management is one of the best cloud storing software that i use and the plan pricing is quite competitive. I recommend this software.

"Share files easily"

What do you like best?

Storing and sharing a files and document is really easy with Folderit Document Management.

They have a fast server that let us uploading a big files into the cloud really fast and smooth.

What do you dislike?

They has a quite expensive plan if you need a larger file storage. I hope they can revise their paid plan to make it more affordable for a larger file storage size.

I really recommended this software for anybody or any team that needs an easy access to files and document.

"great security"

What do you like best?

folderit is one of the most feature-rich content management platforms. the platform has many tools to handle document from the time of upload itself. you can easily upload the files with simple selection and manage it. creating folders and subfolders can be done too to organise the documents. document tagging is a useful feature of the platform. it helps you find the document and related ones with ease. the admin got full control over the files like editing it and uploading the new versions. he can also give other users permission to do those things which helps you organise the team. the search feature is awesome and helps you fild the files based on tags, title or metadata. coming to one of the most important factors on a CMS platform, the security, folderit is at the top, they have a 256-bit encryption, SSL, approval control and permission management tools to get the best level security to make sure the documents are safe. there are alos other cool features like advanced file sharing options and activity monitor to help you.

What do you dislike?

the interface is simple but not the best and sometimes they are slow too. the support options in the platform are very limited. there is only email support available which isn't ideal on an emergency situation.

Folderit is a great platform if you want to get the company documents organised and manage it with your team. there are a lot of features to help you out. the priicng schemes are also great so i recommend you to try the platofm.

Folderit is a document management platform to get your work organised. they have a lot of feature and customization options for the document. the search feature and tagging are awesome and help you find the files easily. they also provide top level security to the files.
