"Reliable and High Functioning"

What do you like best?

I've been using Formsite for years now. I just returned to the platform to create a form after having not used it for a while. The integrations are seamless with Google and Mailchimp and Dropbox. It continues to be a reliable and high-functioning product. Well done.

What do you dislike?

Can't think of anything at this time. Keep up the good work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Engaging my audience while (1) capturing their data and (2) subscribing them to a Mailchimp newsletter. I also use it for student submission of essays, requiring them to sign the honor code while integrating the submissions to my dropbox account.

"Cost effective, good feature set"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, uses a WYSIWYG approach to form design.

What do you dislike?

Limitations of tiers i.e. it is a lot more expensive to get to the next tier

We looked at several competitors; this one had the required features at a price we could cope with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a tax questionnaire with Save ability and one that would react to client choices. It has saved us time and clients are thanking us

What do you like best?

Formsite makes it very simple to create surveys. They can then be sent to customers via a link, which has worked well in our experience. We also use formsite for taking holiday orders, as the data collection aspect is easy to use and consistently works.

What do you dislike?

It is difficult to embed the survey into other forms of media. An external link is the main way to direct traffic to the survey.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for holiday orders because the main form can be shared with employees and the data can be all collected in the same place and easily accessed when orders need to be filled.

"Simple but effective!"

What do you like best?

I like that Formsite's interface doesn't feel bulky or hard to navigate. The dropdown/collapsible style from which options and layouts are selected is very straight-forward.

What do you dislike?

As much as I like Formsite's simplicity, I think it's user-friendliness is limited to those who already understand how survey/form logic works. If you're not familiar with the logic behind form-building, then an extensive tutorial would be valuable to help users unlock the platform's full potential.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for an effective, simple, and relatively cheap survey/form builder AND you have knowledge already about form-building, then this is for you. For those who don't have such knowledge, it's still a great product, but it might take longer to get started with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Formsite has allowed our org to collect a lot of useful info from our supporters and constituents. For our events, it allowed us to get genuine and logical feedback from our attendees, which of course help shape our future events. We've also used the forms to facilitate funders' giveaways and sweepstakes. Even the export of the collected data was easy.

"Formsite is an amazing tool. "

What do you like best?

It's very simple to create surveys and forms. The variety of forms gives flexibility to quickly and easily use it for multiple purposes. There's ability to customize with your own graphics.

What do you dislike?

It took a while to get used to the validation codes. I think it is a little behind the times in that area. But works if you have the patience to link each cell together.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There is a ton of functionality in Formsite. I honestly recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This software has enabled us to create any type of form with plenty different styles of questions. It has also enabled us to organize our marketing requests on one platform as well as downloading data that is captured on the registration forms so that we can manipulate them on our own spreadsheet.
