What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use. Although the forms have complex displays, you can hide those complexities such that you only view what is easy to interpret. You can also set up the forms such that they display what you have selected. The conditional logic feature in the product helps you to customize what is displayed based on what your staff has selected. This form of customization makes your work easier as you will be able to prioritize on tasks that you want prioritized in your business. Employees can use the forms to know what they are supposed to do in terms of prioritization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer support has been impeccable. I do not know what to say negative about this tool. There have been minor problems, of course, but the support has been highly responsive to our call. They have taken immediate action to hl peal with any glitches that we face. If we can solve the problem on our own, they have offered guidance on how to approach it which has been helpful on our part. The point is we have not had any problem that went unsolved by their technical team, which makes a reliable tool and thus nothing to dislike about it on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have managed to go paperless and into the digital forms. Previously, we did not get the flexibility we are getting with the Formstack. Our employees are now more productive and we can interact with them in a time saving manner. Paper forms were not as reliable and in most cases we would miss out on inspections. With this tool, we are able to solve that problem as employees can access the forms in their mobile devices and enter or submit reports on incidences and inspections so that we can take action immediately. It helps keep our safety management system vibrant, which has made it easy to manage all inspections and safety requirements by actively interacting with our employees.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have found that the Formstack is complete tool with all its functionalities and design. It is easy to use and works perfectly with our system. On an advanced level offers integration hub, security settings and plugins that are very helpful for our work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the data is not well organized the way I like. All in all I haven’t found any big issue by now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Formstack to provide tolls and resources to our company’s constituency. We use it in various ways: from scholarship, job app, surveys, to registrations. It helps us to make our workflow and program management process easier and we are able to spend more time on our larger goals.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Formstack is an intuitive form-builder that offers great set of features. I had been using other software before we transferred all into Formstack, and I can tell that nothing compares to its interface. I can easily add rules for fields or even whole sections of fields, it has great online payment integration, discount codes and autofills are wonderful features too. With Formstack we can easily build our robust forms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have faced some minor issue, but there is nothing that blocks our work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work on a website for small university, and my tasks have sky-rocketed, I need to handle event registrations, inquiries, surveys and many other things. Formstack has really helped me to handle all these tasks, it gives me the ability to create forms and embed them directly on the website. We have rebuild our online applications for admission and we have created various complex forms with this tool. We have experienced lot of benefits when we changed our applications to new platform (we have made mobile-friendly app, we can show and hide fields in real-time, we can customize and route various notifications and etc. )

What are the best aspects of this product?

When you think of a product that offers seamless experience for anyone looking to build quality forms, Formstack comes to mind. I have had to reap multiple benefits from this product. Also, the tech team and developers are the best. When using the product, I can think of a feature that they should have included and just like that in their next upgrade, they add that feature. This has made my work easier as their customer. They have also included features that I never knew I needed. I can now improve how I utilize the product with these new features they keep bringing in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although they bring in new features with their upgrades and updates, the interface the recently brought in was not as reliable as the previous one. We declined in productivity as the interface they updated was not as good. Also, they did not provide an option of switching to the older version of the interface and this was a major drawback on our end. Luckily, they fixed this problem later on after a month struggling with the updated version of the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We deal with providing payment and online registration forms for students in campus. Most of the times, we get urgent need or demand to deliver those forms within hours. Most of those who need our services come for help at the last minute. With Formstack, we are able to meet the high demand regardless of whether they want it now or tomorrow. If it is a simple form, we can build it in minutes. However, for a complex form, we are able to deliver it in a few hours, which is on the contrary to when we used the traditional form development techniques and tools.

What are the best aspects of this product?

For any beginner, they will be able to find their way around building forms with ease. The interface is simple, which allows you to jump into it, without training of any kind. I was able to create forms from scratch and customize them the way I wanted. When it comes to security, the forms are encrypted and you can set up strong passwords to help limit access to authorized persons only. Also, it is easy to decrypt the forms once they are submitted which adds to its simplicity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no problem with how the tool works. But since I am in the health sector, I would love the tool to be HIPAA complaint. I had the opportunity to pitch this suggestion to the Formstack technical support and told me they were in pursuit of the tool being complaint with HIPAA. However, they later informed me that they were no longer in pursuit of the same and had no plans of doing so in future. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to that to make my work easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All our data that is not health-related, we can capture using Formstack. For example, events registration and employee recruitment, we have been able to perform all that. The tool has provided seamless support to our data and analysis where we are able to build forms for employee recruitment and registration of events purposes. However, due to failure to comply with HIPAA, we are unable to convert all forms to Formstack to handle our health related data and information. At the moment, we are in pursuit of a similar tool that is compliant with the HIPAA to handle that part of our digital forms.
