What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s not that expensive based, in my opinion, plus the integration process is so much easier than other software. It gives you visibility of your site traffic and gives you an idea of how your shoppers behave and what causes them to leave.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some people had a hard time using the product. It’s hard to teach them because some features are too complex.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to conduct testings on our content by creating multiple landing pages and observing how clients reach each of them. Sometimes we just change the photos, captions, and format and see if people would like them or not.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ideal to use regardless if you have a small or big business. The results that it yields can get your company into places that you’ve never imagined. It allows users and admins to automate certain things like poll surveys, lead generation, check-outs, and email marketing. Also, I couldn’t argue with the data provided because it helps me develop smarter business decisions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CS team is sometimes hard to reach. I cannot call them past office hours because I’d be automatically redirected to voicemail service. I’ve also tried integrating Freshmarketer with its bundle products, but I’m still experiencing mild to moderate system issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sales are getting better each month, which means I have more budget for additional products in our store. I appreciate that it allows me to come up with customizable landing pages for market research purposes.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Freshmarketer you don’t have to worry about being at a loss for whats’ happening to your website. It gives you a helpful set of metrics that could help you figure out the root cause of the problem. You’d have a clear idea of how often people visit your site and how long do they stay.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I discovered that Freshmarketer only gathers essential data from business websites. I feel kind of sad because aside from my website, I also advertise my business on Instagram and Facebook. Unfortunately, I could not utilize Freshmarketer to give me the number that I need coming from these two platforms. They told me there is a way to do it, but the process is tedious to learn.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that I can use the product on almost any gadget that I want. When I’m in the office, I use my laptop to access the app. When I’m at home, I can log in using my cellphone and get some insights even if it's late at night. I come to the office in the morning armed with a bunch of ideas on how to fix underlying issues.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has all the basic and advanced tools to help promote our website to a broader audience. Also, I can say that I am satisfied with the results for the price that we are paying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t think that something is wrong with the product. Everything has been doing great with our business since we started acquiring Freshmarketer last year.

At first, we had challenges in determining why our conversion rates are too low. Despite all our hard work and efforts in improving our products and logistics, there are still instances where shoppers fail to check out and pay. Freshmarketer was the primary tool that helped us figure out what is wrong with our site.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Set up takes a few minutes to complete, which makes us love the product more each day. The price is just right for us because we can utilize all the testing features that help us generate better insights for our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes Freshmarket can be buggy, which causes us to have some limitations in using its testing features that specialize in comparative data analysis. I also suggest that they add some enhancements to their A-B tests to use it as often as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can maximize the efficiency of the heatmaps to monitor performance in different areas of the business. It gives us clear insights into the things that capture the interest of the audience. It's also a great tool that you can use to run a basic A-B testing to determine the things that work best for your clients.
