What are the best aspects of this product?

Germain APM is easy to use, loaded with useful features, and provides granular essential details. It helps us avoid undesirable incidents with our platform, especially that we can have it send alert through email or SMS before a mishap takes place. Thus, we can avoid slowing down or delayed response time on our platform. This is how Germain APM helps us prevent such problems from reaching our users. Moreover, it helps in boosting our platform too, since it can track the SLA and KPI as well as provides us with plenty of configuration options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tool descriptions sometimes overlay a particular feature that I want to select, thus making it difficult to make a click. This often happens when I want to filter a feature on the panel.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the trial version of Germain APM. Nonetheless, it works amazing for me, and it suits my app process monitoring needs well.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Germain APM is a robust tool that helps us manage and automate various app processes, whether in the PX, CX or some other development points. It is capable of dealing with different programming languages and suits well for applications that are made specifically for different industries. This platform is an end-to-end solution that provides flexible configurations depending on how you want to track the processes and performance of your app and hardware elements. It runs efficiently with or without the help of a cloud-based agent, or even through your own company database. This allows you to monitor the processes and browser-based programs of various apps, such as different Java scripts, WordPress and CRM among others. Some notable features include a central dashboard that accommodates cloud login, installable in the company or via the cloud, as well as it has options for notifications. You can choose the alert option you want between the configuration console or command prompts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

New users can only sign-up through Gmail. More options such as via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Germain APM is a super powerful app process management tool. It is largely helping me throughout all my projects and tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We can monitor user activities on our website through real-time mode, or choose to view actual past activities through a video presentation. We can update data on the panel instantly too. It is also amazing to note that Germain APM provides excellent support for different technologies, such as for back-end systems, IIS and mobile systems. Moreover, it has a Java script monitoring console for easily determining script errors that we haven’t addressed during the development and testing processes. The platform allows us to spot such errors with the help of actual site users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that the timeline would become more visible while replaying user sessions. I hope for improvements with the details of each element on the panel. For example, I’m confused about the difference between “user click” and “mouse click”.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Germain APM for monitoring the activities of our website support technicians. However, we plan to use it for tracking users or customer activities too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

You’d get a clear graph of all activities and processes on your app through this tool. These include logins, logouts, activities on pages, as well as the users who are redirected to certain pages. The tool conveniently displays data results from a few months ago up to the most recent. That’s why this is really dependable and accurate for evaluation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A feature that lets you compare one point to another would be helpful. Say, comparing one activity to another, comparing one user session to another or comparing different periods with each other. The Germain APM UI also needs some enhancements for a better user experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I and my employees can easily track different processes of our apps through Germain APM. We only need to use this tool, thus we do not need to worry about other platforms. This helps us boost the performance of our applications accordingly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What we love most about Germain APM is its replay feature for real user sessions or activities. This is a very convenient tool for tracking user activities. We didn’t experience difficulties integrating it into our operations too, especially that Germain APM has provided us with easy to follow guides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Inserting graphs or charts on the real user session display would be terrific in terms of managing metrics and analytics. And I hope such graphs would be capable of handling few sessions too.

Germain APM is wonderful for determining the actual experiences of users while using our platform. This helps me make the right decisions for improving user experience.
