"Mostly good a few cons. "
What do you like best?
Mostly user friendly. It was really easy to use as long as everyone did their part
What do you dislike?
I didn’t like that you have to open up like 3 additional screens to view an invoice. I think there should be a shortcut in the order history where you double click on the invoice and it should show up in another window.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Should be able to double click on invoice or credit memo in the order history to view invoice rather than open up multiple windows.

The best thing about working with the system is it’s very well laid out and easy to use.

I don’t like not being able to pull up old orders.

I can enter orders quickly and efficiently
One benefit is that you can link emails so when you pull up a document you can email right away if needed.

I like how quickly I can turn quotes into orders. It is very easy to use once you learn the system.

Learning the new system was a bit difficult at first, but with enough practice and repetition, it works well.
