What do you like best?

Good support from customer care, always ready and available for assistance, we have had several requests and they have spent a lot of time to find a solution. after a test period of about a month we decided to renew the contract because we are fully satisfied with the solution,

What do you dislike?

The server is not very fast, but manageable. some features should be improved, for example auto assignment of a ticket should not be part of a more expensive version of the service. I believe that for a ticketing system it is the main thing it has to offer.. it is very important that the development activities they do are not published during working hours because they block the use and often confuse the users who are working

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have no particular recommendations, ours is a small company but we work about 350/400 requests a day. for us it is an excellent solution. We use Chrome

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we manage to better manage our work emails as if it were a ticket. this gives us a great advantage in the professional management of the client. now no email is lost. Perhaps it would also be useful for the system to assign a number to the emails exactly as if it were a real ticket. the chat that is supplied is very useful for communicating between colleagues, this has eliminated the obligation for us to have to rely on an external service such as Whats app

What do you like best?

Being able to use Gmail as the base platform to increase our internal communication efficiency has been very useful.

What do you dislike?

Gmelius has a lot to offer, so it has taken us a while to figure out all the ways in which Gmelius can assist. And since it's expanding all the time, I believe we will never get there 100%.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Internal communications and being able to work in small teams in the same mailbox at the same time without overlooking your co-workers work has been a big step forward. It helps us to oversee the workload without having to continuously manage all things happening.

Certain things didn't seem to sync as well to GMail as I had hoped

Really devote time to digging in to all the features. I think the uses are truly tremendous, but for smaller roles it might not be as impactful
