"Great software"
What do you like best?
The simple to understand and easy to use interface for form creation. The ability to fill out forms on any device from a phone to a laptop. Being able to have forms automatically emailed to our office upon completion.
What do you dislike?
I really don't have anything that I dislike about this software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We do NDT – radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic-particle, and visual testing. This software allows our field personnel to have easy access to many forms in a very portable format.

What do you like best?
I tried around 8 different packages before I settled on GoFormz.
GoFormz was the only package that had all of the features that I was looking for.
What do you dislike?
It would be really useful to be able to show the conditional formatting colours on the completed form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Probably it's greatest feature is being able to quickly convert existing paper forms to on-line forms by inserting a PDF as the background and then simply inserting input fields where required.
This makes it very easy to start converting your existing forms on-line without making them new and scary for employees.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Forms are more easily accessible for employees than hard-copies.
Better management of completed forms. They aren't lost or forgotten to be handed in.
The software is helping us to get closer to being a "paperless" workplace.

What do you like best?
Switching to Paperless communications with my crew via GoForms was the Best move I've made in my 20+ years as a Service Manager. I was able to mold the GF to match my process and roll it right into my existing system.
What do you dislike?
Mobile AP - I need more options for transferring forms, looking up forms. Some of the techs cannot transfer the forms back to me, I have to go in and take them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and do research, but if you want to customize your forms, format and maintain creative control, this is the product for you. We just use it for our dispatch work order and invoicing format - we kept it simple to make GF fit into OUR needs easily.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Billing within DAYS instead of Weeks! Once the tech finishes work and returns the GF filled out, I can bill it out (same day). Keeps my Boss really happy with the cash flow!

It is very easy to use just by filling in the fields.
What do you dislike?
Setup your forms first off is a little intimating but the support team is very helpful.
