"Great for remoting into PC"
What do you like best?
I like that it is secure but also easy to allow you to remote into the specific PC. It is also very secure I feel like.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that it is sometimes very slow and can get bogged down. You also have to be at the PC you want to remote into to download the program so it can be used.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There are a lot of great things. You can set up an account and allow it to work on Multiple PCS so that is super nice. Dislike is that if you are using two screens sometimes you forget that and things get stuck on the other side.

What do you like best?
The speed of which the program works is faster than most other programs we have tried. It also has more security precautions than other programs I have researched.
What do you dislike?
Not sure that this is any fault of the program itself, but when internet speed would slow, the reaction speed would decrease horribly. I know this is also an issue for programs like Anydesk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price is a big factor, that in combination with how secure you are wanting the program to be, is going to be your deciding factor. There are other cheaper or free options, but if you are worried about security threats or personal data not being secure then you will have to pay more for a service like GoToMyPC.

We were able to send our office home during the Covid stay home orders, this allowed us to keep business as usual.

"Go To My PC Review"
What do you like best?
I like the interface. It's much "Cleaner" than typical VPN connectivity. It is also easier to use for people who are just entering remote connectivity. I also use 2 monitors and like the way Go To My PC handles this, with options at full screen or not...
What do you dislike?
It doesn't show the host's wallpaper. I also understand that this uses less bandwidth to accommodate, however in todays times, WALLPAPER should not be an issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used to work for Citrix, the originator of Go To My PC, way back when I even had it working on a small screened cell phone, 2 monitors at that!
It has come along way at this time and is still the uncontested, in my opinion, product of choice.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can use my office computer for local business network programs, however as more and more applications are going "Web based" this might be not required in the future. Beware.....

"Easy way to access your work PC from anywhere."
What do you like best?
Being able to remotely access my work computer when needed, like during Shelter-In-Place orders, or days when I unexpectedly need to be out of the office.
Helps me stay on top of my work duties without having to worry about getting co-workers properly entitled to access specific documents or procedures.
What do you dislike?
The service will disconnect if your internet is at all intermittent, or if your signal strength is variable, causing multiple log-ins if you are working remotely for long time spans.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This is great to allow senior employees, or employees with special entitlements to cover their roles, without having to physically be in the office at all times.
