Make sure you are prepared to go all-in on the virtual classroom. If a google hangout works, avoid the added complexity. If you want to easily have polls, shared docs, breakout rooms, tests, and screen control sharing, then I recommend this helpful tool.

Go to meetings has really helped us deliver world wide training

My only complaint with GotoTraining is there isn't the ability to really personalize the emails with company branding such as Logos & brand colours

I love that it is is simple to set up and use no IT support is required. You can start training online in minutes, this eliminates the need for travel for both trainers and attendees, so distance is no longer a problem.

What do you dislike?

Have never had any issues connecting or using Gototraining. It has been a great resource for our company training needs.
