PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToWebinar gets the job done. It has little lag time when it comes to broadcasting when comparing to other solutions. Once you make a webinar you will see how simple this product is and you’ll start to check each box on the webinar checklist.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When clicking the record button I’m not sure whether is recording or not. Also, there are some bugs when conducting a presentation. But on the other side, the new version is great and it doesn’t require downloading plugin and they have really improved the interface and now we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows me to share content with my co-workers in real time. We have great interacting experience by using GTW solution.

What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToWebinar works perfectly, even though there are some things that need improvements, it gets the job done. There is little lag time when broadcasting compared to other software that streams content. When you get more than one webinars you’ll see that the product is easy to use and you’ll start checking every box on the webinar checklist.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are lot of tasks and things to remember but the clicking the record button seems overlooked and I’m not sure whether is recording or not. It would be great if they could make the system to record the session by default. I have found that GTW can be buggy when conducting presentation including audience questions or chatting in the same time. In new beta version there is no need for downloading plugin and I think that the new interface works better and we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With GTW I can easily share my content with attendees in real time no matter where they are from. It offers wonderful interacting experience by using polss, Q&A and chat.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
We use GTW to share and present specific clinical education across our health region. It is simple to use and it is very useful for people who are in health care and for those who try to expand their professional development. The system and its controls and layouts are easy to use and are highly intuitive for our audience especially for those who are unfamiliar with the online education. The price is reasonable and depends of hosted webinars and the average number of attendees I think it’s approximately 50-100 per course.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have found out that when performing group sessions there comes some skips when using the record option, but I think this has more with connection issue than with the software itself.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software is great for performing educational webinars and courses. Our goal is to support the development and growth of our employees and to encourage them to do their best when performing care for the patients. The good thing is that all our employees are allowed to participate in their professional development, to share the course, their ideas and experiences.

It has easy to use layouts that are intuitive and user-friendly. It can be used even by those who do not have some tech skills. The price for this product is reasonable and it depends on hosted webinars and number of attendees.

It helps us to perform educational courses and webinars, to support development and growth of our employees and to encourage their performances and care for the patients. Everyone may participate, share the course, ideas and their experiences.
