Ease to use Payroll and Self Service
So far it is excellent
What you like the most about greytHR?
We use the solution for our small business. We are small team with less than 25 employees and comfortably using for the last two years. Payroll and income tax computation is superb. Self service portal is a good option. HR features like letters and leave management are also useful
What you like the least about greytHR?
Nothing as such.

GreytHR meets only the basic HR Process…
GreytHR meets only the basic HR Process however there are loopholes in the reports which if corrected will be more useful to those who use. Suggestions are given but so far no implementation as said and no changes.

"Very User Friendly Product"
What do you like best?
Ease of getting things done from a single platform. Makes it very easy for me to manage my HR related matters. My new favorite is the email alerts for team events, which we enabled recently. Helps me plan my team engagement better.
What do you dislike?
The UI can be improved, or should have customization options. Been using it for almost five years, and haven't seen much change in the way it looks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good option for companies with couple of hundred employees.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me a lot of time to take care of most of my HR related activities. Managing my team is a big plus, saves me time to keep track of their requests, and anniversaries, birthdays etc. As an individual, its a great tool to manage my own activities as well.

What do you like best?
There are many features of this software which i like lots let me point out these points below.
1.You can mark attendance from your phone and track your leave record from there.It has very good interface of use.
2.All reports are available with in this software regarding to your taxes ,Your absent/present record.
3.You get notification of your team timings and leaves on your login or mobile application.
4.You can download your salary slip from portal.
5.Good software to track employees appraisal during performance evaluation.
6.Daily news feeds and Employee's birthday greeting comes on your dashboard.
7.Since we are using this i never face any issue i this software.
8.Support of the company is very good.They support very well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any issue with this software.This is good for me.
