PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
I find extremely useful the email analytics, open/clicked-on links and replies.
It's extraordinary useful information for me and my sales team in order to achieve customer success, and manage performance metrics.
Another great features are email templates and flows that automate delivery of emails to my contacts, accounts or leads. It works seamlessly with Salesforce and Gmail.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing to say from me. I'm very happy with it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would suggest working on the templates editing interface.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Email tracking and mail merge.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I personally love giving my clients the opportunity to have their input regarding scheduling appointments with me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Logging emails seems to be a little bit glitchy at the moment, and I find that I have to manually log a few, but not too many. Normally resetting the settings clears this out for a while.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
more predictive software, easier navigation of email flows - adding individual email address' is a little tedious at the moment

What are the best aspects of this product?
Tightest integration with Gmail and SFDC on the market, well thought through product roadmap, designed for a truly account based sales mindset

What are the best aspects of this product?
Groove is great for start up teams and small sales teams. It's a lower cost tool that gives you all the punches needed for any growing sales team!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UI could use a bit of work but i t's getting better and better by the month!

More integrations! :)

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
I simply love the simplicity and ease of Groove. Setup is done in a breeze and it allows me to be flexible for scaling operations. Whether it's about being on top of things with my PR contacts or client, Groove gives me the ability to do for work for a dozen people. This is an absolute tool for startups looking to maximize their resources.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There was one time when I had to do adjustments from some of my contacts in the list. This is never an issue if you have an organized list. But it would be convenient to have an organized list feature somewhere.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We currently run a small business that wants to get plenty of things done. Meeting scheduling and e-mailing people is constantly a task that had to be done manually without much visibility on which ones work and which ones are a failure. With Groove, just about everything we see there is streamlined. Follow-up scheduling has never been this easy. As a result, our audience reach has multiplied exponentially and I'm able to schedule a lot more calls.
