What are the best aspects of this product?
Grow makes it simple to piece data together from each business aspect. They all do that in one page. They also create a bunch of things such as sales dashboards, which is relatively simple to do. I've yet to come across a data source that's never supported by Grow. Right now, my CSM has been responsive and very helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When we made use of Grow more than a year ago, there were some parts that I found frustrating. For instance, we had trouble doing simple navigation and scrolling. Thankfully, these issues have been solved. When it comes down to the basic needs that we utilize Grow for, there's nothing bad to say about the tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What are the best aspects of this product?
What puts Grow ahead of the pack is that its own SaaS BI reporting functionality is several times better. The tool is certainly affordable for most startups, small businesses, and mid-sized businesses. Grow ensures that data source connectivity would simple to do. I was able to get things running the moment I signed up with them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I could try to dig up a lot of bad things with Grow. Fortunately, there's nothing much to say. But if I'm forced to say something, it would be for them to be more visible online. I could've pushed with Grow several months back --- had I known it existed. I suggest they work on their marketing so more people will know about them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were struggling to come up with an ideal BI SaaS solution. We wanted to find something that wasn't too pricey or too hard to roll out. We realized Grow was perfect for us. It improved our ablity to report our marketing achievements to our clients. This led to a better understanding of the ROI and improved our client retention chances.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like what I can do at first glance. It's so much easier to be reading through graphs. It gives me a crystal clear view of the progress our clinic has made. All that with minimal effort! This freed up a lot of time from my end. That means more effort to contribute our company's growth as opposed to calculating monthly numbers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate the fact there aren't lot customizable options available. For instance, there's no option for coloring the bars on the graph. We're only stuck with these simple colors: red or white. I'd like it if there are more color options available so we can engage our staff.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've resolved the issue of our staff who previously had no clue where they're at with their monthly sales numbers. They're now looking in front of the TV in the break room viewing those who have taken the lead. I like fostering a bit of competitiveness betwee my employees through simplified graphs.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Integration was surprisingly fast. But it's awesome to be getting data from various sources in one convenient medium. It's constantly updated on the metrics that we're using on a daily basis. Customer Success has kept us updated on what's most important to us. All we had to do is to take a quick glance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been too many times when some dashboards would refresh. They can't be pulled swiftly enough. In other cases, it takes way too long to load. I just hope things like this won't happen as much. Unfortunately, it does happen. I hope they can resolve these once and for all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Metrics play an important role. Getting those in a single, convenient medium made my job several times easier. I couldn't ask for more. Having all data in one place has done lots of wonders for me. I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping this highly-integrated tool for a long while.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Having integrations for varying data solutions. Then throwing them all in one, simplified, and pro-active UI. I like the fact that it operates in real-time data. It lets me come up with the right business decisions quickly without having to think twice. I like how they formatted the UI and easy it can be utilized.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're having nuances as a business that entail the use of added integrations as well as flexibility. Fortunately, Grow can pace with us and help meet our needs at the same time. I'm looking forward to certain updates within the UI later on that can spot abnormalitites and notifying me about them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Grow did a spectacular job in minimizing the amount of effort and time it would take to acquire useful insights from our current data. Back then, it didn't work out too well. Or it wouldn't function at all as a result of varying sources of data that we had to sift through.
