I like the engagement of all the GuideCX team, they are always willing to help, even if it's for a question or something else.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there are some issues with the tool, but GuideCX team hear our feedback and they try to solve the issue ASAP, no matter what it is they just need clear examples and they take a look at every single issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem we are solving is the time on live projects, we are improving the time we can close a project and mark it as live and it's because all the stakeholders can interact with the tool and get the information when needed

What do you like best?

Making the customer onboarding experience consistent and airtight is a meticulous effort. We built our GuideCX with a needs-based approach to map the customer onboarding experience (solve a problem, uncover a problem, solve a problem, repeat). What's impressive is our needs have evolved since we first started, and the Guide CX platform has partnered with us every step of the way. We get a A-Z snapshot of the customer journey, and it helps us improve customer experience and internal process. The reporting available guides several OKRs each quarter. Finally, we're email experts and GuideCX provides enterprisy tools that ensure deliverability of email notifications from the app.

The in-app support experience is world class including a knowledgebase, chat, product roadmap voting, and previous support conversations. It has a partnership feel. The support team themselves are rapid responders and generally cool to work with.

What do you dislike?

It's hard to provide any dislikes when you see how committed this team is to getting it right. Keep it up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Excellent customer facing PM tool that sticks with you as you grow. Highly recommend for a first PM tool purchase for software implementation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The customer gets complete visibility into the tasks we need from them to get projects closed on their timeline. We benefit by having GuideCX as a source of truth for the onboarding experience, which studies are showing as one of the defining experiences for customer lifetime value.

What do you like best?

The software has transformed the way we track our customer implementations. Not only does it keep us on task but it gives full transparency to our customers as well as helping them to stay on task. The software is easy to use and is a very powerful tool for implementation managers.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there is not one thing I dislike about this product. The GuideCX team has been so good to work with and they continue to enhance their product to meet our needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I cannot recommend Beynd enough for how they have helped us streamline our implementation process. We work with a lot of implementations at one time and this has really helped us save time which saves money.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlined our implementation process. Made it much easier to communicate with our customers and I love the fact that it auto-communicates, saves us a ton of time! This will allow us to bring on additional implementation specialists without having to do months of training in order to get fully up and implementing our product. We anticipate this reducing the amount of personnel needed to keep our products implemented by at least 50%.

What do you like best?

GuideCX is a very helpful application in promoting the business up to a new level by its strong and powerful milestone tracking capabilities. The tool is a very good indicator to control the budget as well as the promotion ratio. However, I can make my project’s detail with very solid strategies and ideas to implement on a different platform. We can launch our project with a big bang because of its sound and preferable customized applications and ideal management to control the production with excellent skills. The software help to sort out the working hours and employee's ability for doing the specified work.

What do you dislike?

This application is not that successful in attracting the clients to the page and for this issue, there should be some keys and attractive packages to upgrade the software. There should be complete guidelines before installing this application and to understand its features.

GuideCX is proving to be a successful tool for making our products better within days. This application is very beneficial in tracking the millstones with solid and sound strategies. The ideas and details provided by this application are excellent to apply in project detail and this tool helps to maintain the production even with a better approach. We are using this tool for many years and I can say proudly this application has increased our clients and promotions with amazingly different ideas. So, this is a powerful application with all enhanced features.
