What do you like best?
Businesses can give happay prepaid corporate credit cards to their employees, where either they can load/withdraw the money as per the requirements. And employees submit their expenses to their superiors.. and this workflow can be customized according to the organization needs. And the cards can be customised to work only on required MCC codes as requested by the organization.
What do you dislike?
As the channel partners being a third party banks like HDFC and RBL banks. For a failed transaction refund to the employee accounts are hassle.. sometimes it needs 30 business days..

Its a best corporate spend management solution ..you can go for it.

Digitizing the corporate expense/spend management. And having full and transparent control over where there employees can spend the cash.

What do you like best?
there are many things that we like about happay among them is its design makes it an easy-to-use tool which is a huge help for people who do not have much command of computer subjects besides that it is visually pleasing One of the things we like the most about Happay is that it is available on multiple platforms which allows us to use it both on desktops and on mobile devices such as tablets, phones, etc. It can be easily used to control payments. Another thing that we like about happay is that it has notifications at all times which is important since it informs us at all times about any transaction that is being carried out within the institution.
What do you dislike?
what I would like you to add or modify happay is that It does not have a good fraud control system and I would like it to have a two-step control since there is a lot of information about our company and I would like it to be protected and not fall into unscrupulous hands because it could be bad for us

we are using happay as a tool to control and manage the expenses of our organization since it provides very complete information for our accounting department, letting us know all the details of costs and expenses that are being made at the moment

"You could lose your money stored on a Happay card"
What do you like best?
It's a neat solution to have prepaid cards to make official expenses. However it works only if your data and money is secure. Which was not the case for us.
What do you dislike?
One of our Happay prepaid cards was used at an ATM in an unauthorised transaction, and money was withdrawn. At the time this transaction happened, the card was at the home of a colleague several miles away. It had not been used at an ATM for weeks, and had always been stored securely. Happay customer care took a month, but was not even able to provide an explanation, let alone get our money back. We checked whether the card details could have been compromised from Happay's end, but they didn't have a reply to that either. We see no other way this could have happened. And if so, your money is not secure with Happay. They don't seem to have the fraud detection and prevention processes and mechanisms that a bank would, for your credit card. Use at your own risk

It was a convenient way to make official expenses and get them reimbursed. However, it's a non starter if there is a risk of losing the money stored on your Happay card, with no recourse.
