What do you like best?
It was great how easy was the onboarding process to Happeo.
What do you dislike?
There are still some minor bugs happening, but the product team is helping a lot fixing them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try with the free trial that they offer and use it as much as you can so that you can really see what it feels like to use Happeo on a daily basis.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We wanted to improve communication and transparency with all of our employees. Until now we've seen a lot of engagement within the team with the platform.

What do you like best?
We are going live with Happeo on July 1st. Happeo will be a great tool to keep all of our ER doctors keep in the loop. The channels are amazing and are a great way to keep communication going.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing yet that we dislike. They are constantly improving the platform.

If you're already use GSuite, Happeo is a great addition.
Implementation is quick and easy.
There are a lot of inspirations on Happeo website, but of course it's nice to have a vision of the look and structure of Pages/Channels beforehand.

- teams and top to bottom communication in one place -> minimizing e-mails to whole company
- dynamic company structure based on GSuite data
- all important pieces of information and files in one place (especially HR/Administration stuff)
- discussion / updates regarding exact teams/projects in separate "streams"

More granularity in admin permissions would be helpful.

I'd change the reference to channels to stories.
