An efficient tool with an amazing Client Success team
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Hey Oliver provides excellent customer support. It is very important to have a dedicated client success manager by your side, to help you and give you advice regarding what campaigns to run. This saves us so much time. In addition, I love the fact that I can find the results of my campaigns easily, in order to decide who to target next.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that the back end panel was more self-explanatory and that there were fewer functionalities so that I would more easily navigate through it.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The tool is very helpful for all the marketers of our company. The reason is that we receive all the information we need for each visitor in order to engage them by running automated campaigns. An important benefit of Hey Oliver is that it includes all the features a marketer needs in one unified platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hey Oliver’s panel is only available in English. It would be helpful if it was translated to other languages as well.

Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and disrespectful to customers. Over a hundred customer questions not answered after the purchase. No one seems to know if this company is even business anymore or not. Truly a terrible place.
