PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use, if the product works as expected. The trial version worked pretty well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The IPad app is very unstable. Facing lot of issues in live environment. The app kept hanging. Constantly lost connection to printer and scanner. The currency kept changing from the currency defined in settings to an alternate currency. The sales history kept showing incorrect results.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A stable iPad app that’s reliable and doesn’t hang.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to move towards a cloud based POS solution that’s user friendly. The intention to keep the app simple and easy to use is good but only if the app is stable.

What do you like best?
Hike is one of best messaging and chatting application.
Hike is great Communication application with most of amazing features.
Best feature of hike is that message can be shared in online mode and in SMS form at offline mode.
What do you dislike?
Size of this application is too large as per other communication application.

The user Interface of Hike is very Cool and Nice to use. We can also communicate to users through SMS option present in the application,which means we can communicate through offline also.Every time when a friend is Invited the Application gives a reward for inviting an Friend, it feels good.
What do you dislike?
There are not much option to do with the Money Present in the Hike wallet. If possible please provide the more payement options for the application.
