Main features don’t work, no solution provided
We’ve been using Housecall Pro for about a year and a half now. Overall, the experience has been awesome, but we’ve had issues with our calendar properly displaying jobs that are scheduled over night. This problem has been persisting for almost the entire time we’ve been using the software. The only solution that has been suggested is to create multiple job segments for our overnight jobs, but many of our jobs are overnight and this would add more work when the software is supposed to minimize this type of work. There is no timeline, other solution, discount, or service that has been offered to remedy this. Aside from this poor customer service, the software is great.
