What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an all-round tool with features that allow you to be better at what you do. For your Instagram, you will be able to manage and keep track of what is going on there. It has a team which is dedicated to making sure that its users are well taken care of in terms of their needs. With their high responsive nature to queries or issues users go through, you can navigate the tool with ease. They have provided a conducive software environment where users can make the most out of the tool for their marketing needs on Instagram.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a reliable tool and to say the truth, I did not find anything wrong about it. It has made everything simple from the start to finish as it provides the best experience when managing my social media. With the customer support, they were helpful and offered the needed professionalism through interaction with its users. Whenever there was a problem and you contact them, they were available and ready to offer the assistance until the end. The experience was top notch. All features were working fine and there was no problem we experienced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For our digital marketing efforts, Iconosquare was impressive. We were able to solve problems we never thought could be solved. As a result, we were able to reap the benefits that come with a social media platform such as Instagram. From providing us with the right analysis of our followers, posts and content we post, it helped us to know what to expect and adjustments to make in order to receive more followers. It eliminated all the guesswork as we could keep track of how our followers and potential followers engaged with our posts. In end, we could schedule posts at a time when most of our followers were active on social media which brought the results we were looking for.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is straight forward when it comes to accessing the dashboard. Whatever you want to view or see is available and already at your disposal. This makes the tool easy to use as the interface is also simple. It helps to increase your visibility on social media such that you will be able to track and monitor all the activities taking place which means you have a quick head start. There is no information that is irrelevant when using the Iconosquare. This helps you to find your way around the features with ease and thus bliss.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Comparison with other brands will be a great way to come up with a working strategy for my marketing needs. Iconosquare could offer this, but I would need to upgrade which means more money. With the current pricing plan I am using, this feature is not available and thus a drawback. With the next plan, it offers you the platform on which you can know which followers and posts you share most with another brand and thus you will be able to know the direction to take moving forward for the success of your campaign.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us to solve multiple problems we could not solve before. When you are marketing your business on social media, you will have to keep track of everything that is going on. It helps you to know what your next step will be. Otherwise, you will be left guessing what went wrong which leads to bad decisions in the end and this can hurt your marketing efforts. Iconosquare has come out to solve all these problems and more. I am able to know when the best time is to post content on my social media, how many people liked a particular post and influencers following my page on social media. With such data, you can set milestones and improve on your posts depending on the engagements you receive from your followers. Apart from that, you will be able to know who does not follow and thus design a strategy to attract them to your page.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The desktop or PC version of Instagram does not provide the needed visibility for your Instagram account. You are limited in terms of how much you can see or view depending on where you have been, what you have liked or commented and the like. However, Iconosquare has made things simple as it equips all versions outside the mobile version to track their likes and comments with ease. The desktop setting is top notch as it provides you with a layout where you can access all the posts you liked and those you made comments on. In short, you do not have to use your phone to access Instagram and utilize the hidden features, as long as you have the Iconosquare tool with you. It gives you more visibility of your account and what is happening.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite it being reliable in terms of tracking which posts you like or comment on, it still has a lot to improve on. For example, it is not possible to know which posts you have un-liked or the pages you have un-followed. It should be able to pull up such data to help you understand the social media well. The bigger part of the problem may be with Instagram and not the tool as it does not show such analytics on the platform. When you un-follow or unlike a page or post, it should show you in the form of notifications such that, when you wrongly un-follow, you can correct it with ease. It would be better if this feature was active with both the tool and Instagram.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us to solve the problem of tracking the posts we like and also photos of our followers. We do not have to use a mobile phone to activate this feature as we have Iconosquare to help us with this. Also, we are able to go back to photos we liked and use those photos or followers in future for our marketing needs. You can pull that data with ease instead of searching for it on the platform. We also post photos on Instagram and thus the tool helps us to know how those photos are engaging with our followers. As a result, we can single out those with most engagements and use them for our future marketing strategies.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The analytics functionality is top notch. You can know just about anything on social media including how much engagement your followers are bringing to your posts. On top of that, you will be able to pull up analytics who has followed you and who has left as a follower. With such data, you will be able to engage your followers positively by keeping track of the engagements on different posts and how they relate with your followers so that you can upload content or posts that have more engagements and do away with those that do not relate with your followers positively. The analysis also gives you an idea of when is the best time to upload a post.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is amazing when it comes to learning about your follower and what you can do to improve our posts so that you retain and attract more people to follow. However, there are few problems that need fixing. Although the scheduling of posts is reliable, it would be better if it could be automated. For example, you can schedule when a post will go live but you have to take action, manually, when you want to post it. This problem may lie on Instagram which makes it their part to play in terms of automation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped to make my work easier. Before Iconosquare, everything was out of place including the scheduling of posts. Since I ran a social media account, it is vital that you plan ahead and schedule for when and at what time the posts should go live. Having such a plan makes your work effective and successful in the end. With this tool, I can view the plan, oversee its implementation and execute it. For examples, I can create a plan for next week’s events and posts and view the plan to see which holes need filling. In short it has helped to increase the visibility of my work as a social media manager.

It opens up a new world of social media when you will be able to track the activities that go on there. When coming up with a marketing strategy, it is good to k now where to improve and how to engage with your followers. Iconosquare helps you to do this y keeping track of the engagements which include likes comments and followers in general. This way, you will be able to receive notifications, in real time, of how many followers you have gained and which posts they have liked or commented. As a result, you will be able to know at what time your followers are most active on social media and schedule those posts at that time for better results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about Iconosquare on my part. However, I can point out a few improvement or additions they need to include in their future updates. For example, they should include a hashtag assessment feature which equips you with the right functionality for you to assess and get analytics on the hashtags to utilize for your business. By knowing which tags to use that will bring in more people or simply increase my social media presence, I can use them in my post to reach more people. This would help increase my followers on social media.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Iconosquare, I can know when to post content so that it gets more likes and comments from my followers. This is possible as the tool helps to come up with data in terms of when my followers are most active my tracking their activities on social media. Apart from that, we have been able to know what they like to read and see on my social media. For example, I have found out that they want to know about me and that is how we get to interact and develop a close relationship. This product helps me to retain the followers I have by anticipating what they want and like and their social media behavior for the best strategy and results.
