iCRM is very flexible in terms of its reporting capabilities and user interfaces. It also allows for integration with Quickbooks and MailChimp.

The Sales Manager overview/summaries could be improved.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Sales Manager functionality and reporting capabilities enhanced.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Extremely configurable and integrated with my email and QuickBooks. Also, the vendor set it up for me and it is now set up exactly how I want it. Also, the native Mac app is great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Amazon Alexa integration could be better.
