PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Influitive allows us to manage, track and scale our customer advocacy platform. We have experienced great results and our referrals, case studies, and references are highly increased. We are able to engage our customers, and be more focused on the loyal ones. We are able to better understand them, to know what they want and don’t want, we are able to give them a small piece of our upcoming product release and to use their experience to improve our product. The product is win-win for us, because allows us to measure all our marketing efforts. The good things is that each department can be involved and help to make the experience more successful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, I cannot say that I have dislikes about this product, because they constantly make improvements and updates. We are eager to know what’s next.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before implementing Influitive we had difficulties in finding referenceable customers for our sales team. We were using spreadsheets and we had to go through their account manager in order to reach them. With this platform we are able to fulfill reference requests and to find customers who are willing to participate in case studies or to provide us with testimonials.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We started using Influitive several months ago and we are very satisfied with the growth by now and the success we have achieved so far! With the advocate hub we can pinpoint our vocally experienced users and give them the opportunity to share or speak instead of us in a way that is beneficial for both sides. It makes the advocate marketing with fun. Making things with fun is the point! Our customers like the program very much because it is fun and straightforward to use. It was very hard to collect customer referrals, to setup case study interviews and to get recommendations, feedback on our product etc, but with Influitive, we are rewarding our advocates for the amazing work. We are big fans so far and we are expecting this program to grow more!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Mobility should be improved. The experience of the mobile and tablet users is not so good as it is with laptop users, so if the whole point of this advocate marketing is gamification, you should be able to play on your phone! Despite that, I am really satisfied with the product updates and I hope it will be fixed soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We grew our customer referral business very fast! It is very early to have quantifiable results, but we increased the customer satisfaction by using Influitive. In a SaaS business it's important to have the customer at the heart of everything you do, so Advocate Hub helps us do that easier.

What are the best aspects of this product?
With Influitive we can easily recognize our biggest fans and loyal customers. We quickly get the product feedback from our customers and what we like most is the fact that we get references for sales calls. Our product review sites are always updated and with fresh reviews. Thanks to this platform our customers are willing to provide testimonials, case studies and even insight into specific topics they are interested in. I have to say that I love the referrals, because they are tracked in Salesforce. The campaign is easy to pull up and you are allowed to see the leads directly from the program. In addition, you will get a coach that will help you with new ideas for the projects and program. I have to say that Julia and Eric are the best coaches. The support team is responsive, helpful and very professional. They constantly work on their improvements and they release notes weekly, I am confident that they will continue the good work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn’t say dislike, but a little issue we have run into was the referral program. Additionally, the management focuses only on referrals and other program benefits are left behind, and we know that referrals are connected to revenue. My advice is to spend enough time with your coach before you launch campaigns.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before this platform we had bad experience with product reviews. What we were searching for was a product that will help us to improve our reviews so we can go along with our competitors. After 3months of using Influitive, we have generated more than 100 positive product reviews. With Infuitive we are more confident when users are researching us and we are happy that they get good first impression of our product.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Influtive offers intuitive and simple gamification model. If you want to build positive environments within different aspects of the company than the product is right for you. It’s amazing how you can work on different parts of the business with only one product and while doing your job you’ll have fun. It’s really easy and amazing to create challenges to advocates and to receive positive response immediately for feedback, reviews, referrals, references and even social shares.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product is little buggy, but the support team is always responsive and highly helpful. I wish they could make the product more flexible when it comes to targeting different groups (who sees, what, and when they log in). I really need this kind of flexibility because I’m creating the program for our partners, but I feel they are heading that direction.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Influitive helps me to engage with our customers and employees, and I am able to get more referrals, reviews and social shares of the content. I can easily get feedback on content or product, and customers testimonials. The social shares of our content, reviews, and referrals are increased after using the Influitive. This platform helps us to build strong relationships with our leads, users, readers, employee and partner advocates.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that we can get on a personal level with our customers while engaging with them. Great tool for interacting and we love that we can show to our customers that we really care. Also, its customer service is on a personal level too, they are always willing to help, and they offer great ideas for creating plans, they offer trainings so you can easily get advocate certification. I have great experience with Influtiive and I feel that they really care about their customers. We are able to communicate with other admins so we can learn more tips and tricks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have dislikes about this software, because it is very useful for us. I would like easier way to configure a hub and make it with backgrounds and our company’s logo. Also, they could implement cloud storage so we can utilize various pictures and resource pages.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to see that our customers really like the product and they want to help each other out. We use advocates and we have experienced great benefits with them because they are always willing to help, and we have found that they have great influence on someone in purchasing stage. We love the ability to create wonderful interaction with our users and get referrals, reviews and help about prospects.
