Incorporating to company sites is easy with this app, and it’s great in creating reports that meet customer demands. Visualizer and designer features, for example, greatly helps in creating stunning customized presentations. Also, it sports many different links to get data such as the SFDC connector. Its customer support is highly satisfactory as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a high price tag and is difficult to learn. It requires at least one resource to keep, as well as it's inconvenient to update. Moreover, it often goes sluggish, especially when handling a large amount of data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It suits our descriptive analysis needs well, especially when visualizing data of our products to customers. This helps us easily explain the device location, features with the highest demands, and behavior of users among others.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It easily handles metrics with super intensive key performance indicators. Reporting and presentations are easier too since it has helpful subscriptions in PDF files. Such files can also be converted to individual papers in CSV file format.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform has tons of features that make it difficult to learn from the start. Load filters, and the interface easily malfunctions. However, it gets back on good working condition after a few moments. Moreover, I feel the app doesn’t have enough data for defining answers from different classifications, as well as for creating more better queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a highly useful platform that lets us show presentations through website panels all over the company. It’s helpful in recording sales data, as well as for passing such details from one manager to another. It makes gathering inputs from managers easier too. Moreover, it has helped us succeed in a cost-benefit study through an ad-based campaign.

The customer support is also worth mentioning since they professionally and quickly help in addressing my concerns.

I don’t feel any changes whenever updates come. I hope new features would become available soon.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the best tool for data analytics I have used since it lets me connect with external data sources conveniently. It can also handle different data file formats such as TXT and XLS among many others. Also, it has great user support which has helped me sort out some issues easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks significant and helpful updates that are actually new and useful. It sometimes makes mistakes when sending reports too, since not all supposed recipients receive the reports. Also, the cloud server makes panels load slower in some instances.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s helpful for data analysis since it lets us intensively process data without missing anything. We also use it in sending data to our partners, then they notice its great functionalities and visualizations. Now, they’re already planning to use this platform as well.
