What are the best aspects of this product?
Innkey solves our central sales office requirements tremendously well. Our internal processes efficiency with respect to managing multiple sales channels has improved using Innkey as well as guest and coordination. Innkey integrates an online hotel booking engine and automated channel so it's make very easy to manage room inventory with a cloud-based as well booking chart.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
nothing
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Documentation for software so that if we have any query then we can read it and solve from our hand
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Saves our lots of time and make my employees more efficient, as general manager of this property we are managing multiple property with single software and i am accessing from any where and any device
